Our breakfast was lovely, all cooked fresh, the man serving it, was greeting you, doing the cooking and delivering food.
Pros:

Upgrade to bigger room.. loved the four poster bed, and view over gardens..different and quirky,

Cons:

Getting in was harder than they would think, as the number at front door is not easy to use, when you are from another country, thankfully another guest was there to help.as there is no reception attendance…

La deco de la chambre style régence avec lit à baldaquin, l'espace dans la chambre principale, personnel aimable au petit déjeuner

Il y avait de la moquette partout, la fenêtre de la grande chambre n'etait pas sécurisée, la seconde chambre n'avait pas d'ouverture sur l'extérieur, pas de personnel présent pour nous accueillir, il a fallu téléphoner pour avoir le code pour rentrer

Lovely stay
Pros:

Super staff. Outstanding service. The room was amazing.

Cons:

The hotel has codes to get in and we were not sent them. Luckily one of the staff rung us to see when we were arriving so he gave us the code.

Needs improvement
Pros:

I think the breakfast was the best part of our stay

Cons:

The smell in the bathroom and tiles on the floor were loose, we had to wait about 5 minutes for hot water.
The fabric sticks to the headboard was keeping falling on us.
The art in the wall- how you can put beautiful pictures of Bath next to the modern art, that's big now!

Pros:

Bei niedrigerem Preis könnte man den Charme des etwas heruntergekommene Hauses vielleicht schätzen. So aber fühlt man sich über den Tisch gezogen. Die mit Fotoshop bearbeiteten Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Gardensuit ist dunkel bis muffig, der Teppich fleckig, das große Himmelbett durchgelegen, die Badewanne rostig, das Fenster kaputt.

Cons:

Der Angestellte war sehr freundlich.

We moved one of the beds and there was a whole pile of clipped fingernails underneath! Bathroom was also very tiny.

La stanza della colazione era bella, con una atmosfera storica, purtroppo per i quadri e i tovaglioli da barbecue completamente fuori contesto.

Tutto. La nostra camera, per iniziare, aveva la moquettes appiccicosa e con visibili macchie per terra. C'era muffa, e il nostro letto a baldacchino era sfondato. Ruggine nella vasca e nel bagno in generale, legno marcio. Staff completamente assente, visto una volta, quando siamo entrati nel BnB, ma poi scomparso. La reception era addirittura chiusa. Per entrare abbiamo faticato, in quanto mancante il codice d'accesso, come hanno anche detto molte altre persone. La struttura in sè è carina, ma priva di cura e attenzione. Le mattonelle fuori erano fissate male, sporche o rotte. L'edificio era vecchio e sporco. La nostra finestra, rotta, era stata "sistemata" con del nastro adesivo, che ne vietava l'apertura.

La habitación que nos toco era grande, con un enorme ventanal

Cons:

Pues la comunicación fue horrenda. La entrada es autónoma y no nos dieron instrucciones , solo la contraseña sel wifi y el número de habitación . Menos mal que entraba otro cliente y nos abrió la puerta del hotel. Pregunte por la hora del desayuno a través de la web de Booking y me dijeron que se lo preguntará al personal, pero que personal ??
Al hotel le hace falta una reforma importante y urgente.
