Food was a bit basic, especially breakfast. Additionally, there were no halal chicken or beef options. The pool was murky
We are a couple celebrated our wedding anniversary at this hotel. We have been truly impressed by the quality of the facilities and the exceptional level of service. A special thank you goes to Tamuna, the Guest Relations Manager. She personally took care of our stay via WhatsApp even before we arrived at the hotel, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. This has been one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Well done!

Our one-night stay at Borjomi Likani Hotel exceeded all our expectations!
From the moment we booked, the experience was exceptional. A special thank you to Tamuna, the Guest Relations Coordinator, who stayed in touch with us before our arrival, making sure everything was ready and making us feel truly welcomed.
We arrived before the official check-in time, and to our surprise, our room was already prepared. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and the hotel had thoughtfully arranged two complimentary extra beds for our children. The room had everything you could possibly need in a luxury hotel, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
The view from the room was absolutely stunning. The hotel’s location is simply breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature. We enjoyed a peaceful walk to the nearby lake and the historic Likani Palace, and the scenery was unforgettable.
Every member of the staff was genuinely kind, professional, and always happy to help with a smile.
We also visited the café downstairs, where we enjoyed delicious hot chocolate, excellent coffee, and wonderful desserts.
One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor swimming pool—it was spotless, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
Thank you to everyone at Borjomi Likani Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Borjomi!

Локация, парк и дворец Романовых на территории. Приветливый, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене.
В спа зоне сломанные смесители, в целом вид спа не соответствует уровню отеля. Не работала русская баня.

Великолепная локация, есть свой большущий парк и бювет с минеральной водой.
Хорошая звукоизоляция в номере.
Завтрак нам понравился, качественные и разнообразные продукты.
Великолепный вид на горы в номерах класса люкс.
Хорошая спа зона. Есть медицинский центр с процедурным кабинетами и при бронировании на 7 ночей и более, если я правильно понял, они бесплатные.
Певец в лобби баре с великолепный голосом.
Кровать в номере очень мягкая. Спали полусидя.
Спортивный инвентарь и билиард за дополнительную плату. Некоторые локации на территории уже требуют косметического ремонта.
Парковка на территории отеля. Маленькая - в тени деревьев, большая - на открытом пространстве.
Хорошая гостиница в очень красивом месте, природа потрясающая, воздух кристальный.
Its in a good calm location
The mattress was so bouncy and soft. I could not sleep. It was so uncomfortable for me. I have back pain and did a surgery and requested the hotel support. They tried and brought another mattress but it was same soft and bouncy. My reservation was made one week before arrival so what was available only the non refundable. I tried to cancel and move to another hotel,BOOKING was very supportive and said they can modify my booking and approve the cancellation and refund if the hotel agreed. I contacted and meet the customer service desk, sent an email with my surgery report to them so that the manager approves the cancellation but sadly they did not. They kept saying “the policy the policy”. My reservation was for 2 rooms as we are family with kids that prevented me from walking out and wasting my money !!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings are peaceful. The reception and reservations staff were all very kind, especially Tamuna, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Room service was quick, and the staff always arrived with a smile. Staying here in the middle of the pine forest and surrounded by beautiful trees made the whole experience even more special. We would definitely love to come back.
