Pros:

Hotel room was fine, spacious. Staff at Spa was friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was horrible. We got food poisoning after eating smoked fish at breakfast. There was not big selection of food. Defenetly not worth the price. Avoid it!!!

good stay for 2 days
Pros:

the view is nice, the location is quiet. the swimming pool and sauna were very nice, sometimes crowded.

Cons:

breakfast was good but not suitable for a 5* hotel. they need to bring more products from the area to make Borjomi famous and show how wonderful Georgia is. They want to sell big bottles of Borjomi but in the minibar the small ones are overpriced. There is a free fountain but not so close to the hotel. There was a lady playing violin in the lobby but looked underpaid. Please hire a good marketing manager as you have a great potential but you need someone to put you in value.

Дуже комфортний і великий номер готелю. Всі необхідні речі були в номері. І для дитини ставили безкоштовне ліжко. Дуже гарний басейн і сауни.
