Pros:

الموقع جيد ولكن تحتاج تمشي حوالي 25 دقيقه الى السنتر وصعب تربط السواق على مشاوير قريبة وصعب تمشي المسافه أكثر من مرة

البعد عن السنتر بالنسبة للسعر على الأقدام خصوصا بعد غروب الشمس

В общем мы довольны отдыхом, 4 ночи- самое оно, дольше находиться тут уже было бы скучновато. В отеле не принимают налич
Pros:

Красивая ухоженная территория с бюветом, скамейками и гамаками. Прекрасный вид с балкона, большой номер, все есть и работает без нареканий, банный комплекс с хамамом и сауной. Хорошие разнообразные завтраки. Отзывчивый доброжелательный персонал, особенно спасибо Мариам с ресепшена.

Cons:

Шумные номера на 5эт, из- за расположенных наверху систем вентиляции, которые работают 24/7 в номере гул, как в салоне самолета:( недостаточно горячая вода в джакузи.

Exceptional service from Tamuna in the guest relations team.
Pros:

Exceptional service from Tamuna. My son left his bag in the room and she went above and beyond to help us retrieve it. We were incredibly grateful for her responsiveness and assistance.

The hotel setting was also spectacular- we left feeling rejuvenated.

A very nice hotel in Borjomi
Pros:

A very nice hotel with a large and green territory. The rooms are large and clean. The staff was very helpful and nice. The spa is very good, we really appreciated Natalia and Maya - they are the best of the best. Bagrationi restaurant on the 6th floor was excellent, both for the food and for the service.

Cons:

Hotel WiFi was not at a good level. I had to go to the lobby to conduct online work meetings as it didn't work well from the room. The main restaurant downstairs was okeish for the breakfast, but horrible for the dinner.

Ужасные кровати, спать невозможно
Pros:

Из хорошего только природа и виды из окон

Cons:

1.Очень плохой матрац, на нем спать невозможно, весь проваливающийся
2.Номер был для троих взрослых, однако капсулы для кофе, чай оставляли только для двоих
3. Стврые лифты, их не дождаться
4.В зоне ванной не предусмотрено, куда положить мыло, поставить шампунь и пр. Хоть держи в руках это все
5.Завтрак не стоит своей цены
