Dalyan Live Spa Hotel

I had the best holiday ever. Great place, great staff. Going back as soon as possible.

Bery clean and nice property with staff that made us feel very welcome as we got thwre late they ordered food for us even though their kitchen had closed lovely people will begoing there again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Dalyan Live but I will list the pros and cons for you to consider.

Pros
- nice, modern grounds and rooms
- deluxe rooms spacious
- good size pool
- polite staff
- Bianca at the bar makes good drinks
- free parking if you rent a car
- very close to town centre and restaurants, easy walk

Cons
- our biggest issue was that me and my husband are pretty sure our bed had bed bugs. My husband kept having bits appear after each night... Which meant no sleep for either of us
However when we did ask to change rooms they did Assist with that promptly
- we paid for our stay in cash and they were very picky about any slight rip or tear on notes which as you can imagine was frustrating

Very bad hotel experience. Management quality is terrible. I understand that hotel management has a problem in the USA and they hate the white American people. They give their guests from the United States a lousy room that smells like sewage. I think they doing this specifically. I would say don't choose to stay in this hotel.

Great resort just a 10 minute walk to the town centre and only 1 minute to the little Harbour where you can pick up a river boat trip. Comfy bed and great air conditioning. Strongly recommend lunch and dinner here as it’s good quality and cheaper than in town. And they do a fab pina colada cocktail.

Lovely resort with large pool, great food and run by a very welcoming family. The hotel is only about 3 years old so is in excellent condition. The rooms are spacious with integrated air conditioning, quality beds and a powerful shower. This is our second stay and will definitely return.

Nice view and good breakfast

Beautiful hotel. Staff are fantastic and work around the clock to make sure you have a good holiday. Everything is spotless and clean. Breakfast is amazing especially the omelettes freshly made to order. My partner and I can’t wait to go back next year. :)

What an amazing hotel with everything a person would need to have fun and relax! We were a large family of 9 including 2 small children and everyone had fun. The massages offered were a very reasonable price and there was a free hamam on site for us to use. Very quiet resort with a 10 minute walk into the town with great restaurants by the water.

Great new hotel and spa, service very good staff / owners very helpful, food good, excellent location. Nice quiet area but very short walking distance to shops, restaurants and other amenities. I would definitely stop here again

Lovely hotel. Nice large rooms - very clean on arrival. Comfortable beds. Good, varied breakfasts. Helpful staff.

Staff helpful, lack of English speaking staff, breakfast limited choice, no variety, breakfast was constantly cold everyday. Within the room there was never any milk, no teaspoons, only 2 tea bags. One coffee daily. Hotel advertised as spa but only sauna was working and then we had to give one hour notice for use. Steam room was not working the spa pool had no water. Spa area was incomplete due to bad workmanship then the hotel should not have been advertising as a spa. Hotel had no tourist information like local attractions, things to do, maps and do forth. Hotel was empty at our stay. Not a bad location but be prepared to confront street dogs on your walk to the centre of Dalyan.

I really enjoyed my stay, rooms cleaned every day, great internet which is hard to find in Dalyan :) the staff where very helpful and I would love to visit again

This hotel is amazing. Newly opened and everything is modern. The room was comfortable and the hotel beautiful. The staff were very friendly. Perfect stay.

Really lovely hotel staff fantastic room and areas spotless clean. Would recommend and go back :)
