The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Pets up to 10 kg are allowed on request and for an extra charge of EUR 35 per day.

The property will undergo renovation works from July 1, 2025, to early May, 2026 (dates subject to change).

The renovation will affect the following areas: Sky Bar, Restaurant, Swimming pool and solarium. Renovation work will be carried out only during business hours.

Every precaution will be taken to minimize noise and potential disturbances.

Pros:

Чистота, обслуживание, хороший бар и ассортимент

Cons:

Прозрачные двери в душ и туалет без замков. Отвратительный вид из окна. Плохое расположение отеля на грязной тесной улице без парковки. Ресторан закрыт. Бассейн маленький и самое странное - раковина в самом номере без изоляции

Schönes Haus in guter Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, sehr zentral. Das Personal war zum großen Teil sehr zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem sehr schönen Gebäude und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Mein Einzelzimmer hatte innerhalb des Hotels eine ungünstige Lage und war sehr umständlich zu erreichen, zudem sehr zugestellt und eng. Wegen des Zimmerservices musste ich selbst aktiv werden, um daran zu erinnern, am vorletzten Tag kam der Zimmerservice gar nicht, weil die Servicemitarbeiterin pünktlich Feierabend machen wollte und mein Zimmer nicht geschafft hat. Am zweiten Tag war der schwere Vorhang vor dem Fenster teilweise aus der Befestigung gerissen, worauf ich die Rezeption sofort aufmerksam gemacht habe. Es wurde aber während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes nichts unternommen, um das Problem zu lösen, so dass sich der Vorhang vier Tage lang nicht mehr zuziehen ließ und schief hing. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel verwunderlich.

Pros:

Максимально центрально расположен. Очень красивый интерьер. Ощущение что живешь в музее. Комната довольно маленькая, но для одного человека достаточно. Зато кровать удобная) и прекрасные завтраки.

Cons:

Жить в центре, это всегда удобно если передвигаться пешком. Так как Рамблу сейчас перестраивают, практически невозможно туда заехать на машине. Заехать только на параллельную улицу и потом метров 300 пешком.
Из душа протекала вода на полу в ванной. Там просто плохо поставили силикон.
Очень высокая слышимость. Люди проходили по коридору, говорили между собой, слышно как будто вы все в одной комнате.
Окно и балкончик выходят во внутрь здания.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel, mention spéciale à Xavier qui a été très accueillant et bienveillant. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon.

Pros:

Beautiful building and decoration. Breakfast room and bar were very nice.

Cons:

Rooms with many problems. First room had A/C problems. When we were moved to a second one, then water was coming out from below the bathrooms floor.
