Pros:

4 gece konakladık.Ayvalığa ilk gelişimizdi.Birçok otel arasından araştırarak bulduk ve çok memnun kaldık.Çok güzel karşılandık.Bütün çalışanlar nazik ve yardımseverdi.Otel çok temiz ve güzeldi.Sabah kahvaltısı güzel ve lezzetliydi.Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık ve park ettiğimiz yerler güven vericiydi.Bizim odamız deniz manzaralıydı manzarası çok güzeldi.Havuz olması keyifliydi.Odamız temizdi ve güzel kokuyordu.Klimamız sorunsuz çalışıyordu.Otelin konumu sakin güzel bir yerdeydi ve araçla Cunda merkeze ve Ayvalığa rahatça ulaşabilirsiniz.

cundadaki tüm otelleri araştırıp en f/p bulduğumuz için tercih etmiştik öyle de oldu gerçekten. ilgileri güleryüzleri temizliği derken her yönüyle memnun kaldık, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebiliriz, tüm ekibe teşekkürler <3

Pros:

Lovely relaxed and quiet environment near the water. Clise by to town by driving. Staff are friendly and professional. Very comfortable room.

Would definitely return to Zio Hotel & perhaps stay longer
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, shame it was really windy but you can’t control the weather, for a 1 night stay it was very comfortable, staff were friendly & very helpful with taking my luggage upstairs, 9 min drive to small village with lots & lots of restaurants & shops pretty little village, we went back the next morning in daylight for coffee & still as pretty

Staff are wonderful and helpful, the hotel is great, air-con works a treat, near the beach
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, so much food was provided, and the staff are happy to have it prepared for you earlier if you don't want to eat at 9am.

Cons:

The kitchen closes at 6pm so if you want dinner you'll have to eat at 5 or head down to the local port to find restaurants.

Otel odaları temiz ve misafirler için her şey düşünülmüştü. Personel çok samimi ve yardımcıydılar. Sabah kahvaltısıda beklentimizin çok üzerinde ve lezzetliydi.

Lacks hotel standards!!!
Cons:

We have booked based on point 9 rate on booking but unfortunately it was below our expectations, as it lacks most of basic facilities including wifi and there was no cleaning service as hotel didn't say anything about if there is a problem unless we asked they said that there is no cleaning staff available!!! Also the cherry was there was a fight inside hotel at 2 am where the hotel didn't respond or act to in order to keep the place quite and safe as we couldn't sleep from noise and it was scary ..
According to this we had to check out one night early as we couldn't handle the stay and we complained to hotel as they refused to take responsibility on this ,also we asked hotel to refund our last night as we will not be staying they also declined our request seems they care about the money more than clients satisfaction as they afford some lame compensation for next visit which I was clear that we will not come back again we were not treated right as guests ..at the end I do not recommend this hotel as it lacks hotel measurements..

Pros:

Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi ve hizmet güzeldi. Kahvalıyı serpme olarak veriyorlar bizce oldukça yeterliydi. Diğer butik otellere göre aynı fiyata havuzu olması en beğendiğimiz özellik oldu. Tüm gün havuz başında vakit geçirebildik. Otoparkları yok ama otelin önündeki alana rahatça park edebiliyorsunuz.Tek eksisi Cunda merkeze arabanız olmadığı takdirde ulaşmanız biraz zor. Ama arabayla 10 dakikada kolayca ulaşabilirsiniz. Bence yolunuz düşerse 2-3 gece rahatlıkla konaklayabilirsiniz.
