El tener piscina es una gran opcion, sobre todo por el calor que hace.
La ubicacion esta bien, zona tranquila.
Bastante sitio para aparcar.
Desayuno variado.
Estas a 20min mas o menos de Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo...

Good location to discover the region
Pros:

We spent 2 nights in the hotel which offers a good hub to discover the region. Not luxury but the essential services are ok. Rooms are quiet and from the terrasse you have a nice view to the sea. Parking available. A typical hotel used by many bus travel organisations who represent the bulk of hotel visitors.

La posizione strategica in Valle d'Itria,per poter visitare,Locorotondo, Alberobello, Fasano,Ostuni,e Matera,stupenda con i suoi sassi.Pranzo eccezionale,da Madame Giulia (ref.Vito),e vista stupenda nei Sassi.Da aggiungere un plauso a Nicola,amico e professionista della reception all' Hotel Smeraldo.

Cons:

Consiglio tutta la regione e provincia di mettere a posto le strade,altrimenti tocca arrivare con una macchina fuoristrada.Unico neo,e la complessità
di attraversamento tra le strade provinciali.interne.
