La posizione è buona, gli ambienti puliti, la piscina ampia e pulita

Cons:

Il servizio è stato pessimo.
Durante la colazione i camerieri utilizzano un tono di voce molto alto, presumibilmente in dialetto, litigando tra loro e disturbando la clientela

Molto bella, possibilità di usufruire della piscina, per niente affollata, in ordine e tenuta in maniera impeccabile.
Abbiamo usufruito anche della pizzeria dell’albergo dove la pizza è davvero ottima e con un e celle te rapporto qualità prezzo.
Purtroppo la struttura essendo nella natura è raggiungibile solo in macchina, ma lo staff da disponibilità di navette private.
Colazione a buffet ottima, ricca di scelta di frutta, dolci e salati.
Per me è un grandissimo sì!

À Very nice, calm and cozy place for resting and spending the holiday after the hectic days

Trovato camera con frigo bar con bottiglie di acqua aperte e abbastanza sporca
Segnalato il tutto alla reception ma…..nessuna reazione, magari una persona si aspetta un piccolo gesto, un rimborso parziale, un bonus su un prossimo soggiorno

Chambre spacieuse et comfortable avec vue exceptionnelle (337). Proximité de la ville de Cisternino. Personnel au petits soins. Piscine très agréable.
