Very deceived. It shows bedroom nicely done on line. They don’t provide blanket or hands and face towels. No fridge in the room I stayed. It’s super hot outside and you come to room temperature bottles of water. They told me if I needed a fridge, will cost more. I asked for face and hand towels, there was only showers towels..
The breakfast was the most disappointing. One of the staff approached to be saying that they serve the same type of breakfast every morning with the different of how you want the eggs. The refried bean taste salty and garlicky. I am Salvadorian. And I had never had instant refried beans before in my life. I asked for pancakes. The chef brought one the one side of the cake was uncooked. Left it flipped over just they see it. Booked for 9 nights, but I left one night short. Of course I paid full bill. Our country is well known for our good coffee. It was sad to have the poorest coffee quality.
In this review writing I don’t blame staff. They are trying their best to be good hosts and they were. They can only do what they can.
I think that a fridge, a blanket and full sets of towels are the most essential items you need in a hotel to run a good business. We don’t need to paid higher price for rooms just to have the essential. I paid close to 700 dollars for 9 nights just to have this big dissatisfied experience.
Experienced learns for sure.!
I will never recommend or comeback to this place.

My family and I had stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the same every morning however typical and good. I would definitely stay here again if in the area

El Hotel está en una buena ubicación. Un poco deteriorado ciertas cosas como armario del baño y la pintura de la pared pero en términos generales el sitio es agradable, limpio y las personas que atienden especialmente muy atentas y colaboradoras

Great price and 7-10 mins downtown via uber.. good "tipico" breakfast and good coffee.. included in your stay. Down the block you will find a small pupusa business from a great evening dinner.
