Amabilidad y limpieza aseguradas
Pros:

Fueron muy amables y flexibles en todo momento, además tiene un bar justo debajo en el que los desayunos son muy recomendables.

Cons:

Quizás está un poco alejado del centro, pero si no te importa andar 10-15 mins es muy buen sitio, está mucho más cerca de la playa del Rompidillo que de la costilla.

I losted my passport in hotel and the would not pick up the phone. had to go police to get a report. can you pls contact them to find out why I was treated so bad. I will be doing a full report on Facebook. about the hotel. thanks sheila Denning

Buena estancia en Rota
Pros:

Ya he estado varias veces que he visitado Rota, repito porque está en una buena zona, muy tranquila especialmente por las noches, ya que es un hotel de descanso.

Excelente el servicio en las habitaciones, todo muy limpio y súper ordenador, por encima de cualquier otro hotel de más estrellas.

Cons:

Lo único quizás un poco “negativo” es tener que molestar al recepcionista por las noches para que te abra la puerta de entrada. Pero es más por ellos que por el cliente.

Se me olvidó una cosa en la habitación al dejar el hotel y el personal de recepción se tomó la molestia de contactarme y facilitarme la posible solución.

Si cambiaran el colchón, sería perfecto
Pros:

La habitación grande y limpia, igual que el baño. El desayuno de la cafetería estaba muy bueno (pedí una tostada con jamón ibérico). La nevera enfriaba mucho.

El colchón se hundía.
