Ik schijf normaal geen negatieve ervaringen maar dit heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt!!!! ( ook niet vroeger tijdens backpacken). Te vies voor woorden. Kamers zijn op begane grond hebben geen ramen, alleen een raam wat op centrale hal uitkijkt ( een soort vitrine...)l.De muren zijn echt smerig en kapot en het stinkt er naar schimmel en vocht) . Echt heeeeeel ongezond. Eenvoudige kamers zijn voor mij prima maar vies en ongezond gaat me te ver. De foto's van de kamers zijn niet van dit hotel. Witte gebouw wat je ziet is aan de overkant. We hebben meerdere kamertjes gezien maar allemaal hetzelfde. Omgekeerd en weggegaan.

Pros:

location! old city Batvia. main picture assumed to be that of hotel, but in fact building opposite across gracht (Dutch; historic channel).

Cons:

we did not stay, but moved next door. nu.1 felt not safe, nu.2 no credit card facility, nu. 3 problem with electricity plugs

Terrible service, lousy room.
Pros:

Took about 45 minutes to check in. Reception couldn't find my reservation even though I showed him my reservation information from hotels.com and the receipt. He even got the night manager involved and still no luck. Finally after about 45 minutes he agreed to let me have a room and he would contact hotels.com in the morning. I was shown to a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator and with an A/C that wasn't working. I didn't get any sleep at all given the hot humid condition. Also no toilet paper was provided was told to "use the towel" Only one bath towel provided.

Warning: We did not stay overnight!!!
Out of our bewilderment we left the accommodation without comment and in haste.
Insects were everywhere! The Bathroom was so dirty, that we didn’t trusted to touch something.
The sheets were dirty und full of ants. Hairs were laying all over the floor.
It was too dark to take authentic pictures, but we gave our best.

Pros:

What you find in the hotel it’s NOTHING SIMILAR OF what it’s shown it the pictures. The bathroom was in really bad conditions, my wife couldn’t sit on it. The bed sheets were dirty and disgusting. I won’t ever recommend this hotel
