Kudos to the Wonderful Team at HRC
Pros:

We had a wonderful time staying at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast. The hospitality and amenities were excellent! Special shoutout to Vanessa, Danny, Alif, and Mira for making our stay even more memorable. Kudos to HRC for having such an amazing team!

Birthday Celebration
Pros:

I went here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and was truly impressed by the staff’s friendliness and politeness, especially Danny. He served us very well and picked a great table for us, singing birthday song with the team which made the celebration even more special. My son even got a lolipop from Tira, sure you guys made our day! Thank you Danny and Tira for the wonderful hospitality. We had a great experience and will definitely come again! For Management of Hard Rock Hotel Desaru, please give them a medal!

i would to thanks to all hard tock team
so humble, frenly even restaurant team also helpful. place clean, night music really vibe. kids too enjoy.
only thing kids club parents cant enter unable to take pic n not sure what game inside overall.buffet breakfast nice too but if add kuih like nyonya lapis,talam will more nice.
overall worth for money..will come back soon.once again custemer service sooo good

Desaru Hard Rock Review
Pros:

Room layout was a standard hotel layout, bed was comfortable and room was clean. Waterpark and beach access was easy. Staff was nice especially Kani, very grateful for his service!

Best Beach Holiday!
Pros:

The location is great, beaches are beautiful and clean, pool facilities are real good too. The buffet dinner is a bit lacking for the price to be honest. I feel like the breakfast is value for money but the dinner lacks seafood for the price we paid. Our room is very near to the pool and to the stage and the water park but once the sliding is shut we can't hear much from the outside. Very good noise cancellation walls. For the toilet, i feel like its a bit dark for the lighting but cleanliness was great. The room has a nice balcony and i would like to suggest to provide some drying rack as we need to clean our swim outfits every time we go to the beach or the pool. Instead of hanging them on the railing and risking is flying away. Hotel staff are really friendly and helpful no matter which department.

A comfortable and enjoyable family stay with great facilities for kids.
Pros:

The room was spacious and very comfortable for my family. The swimming pool was great and my children really enjoyed it. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. There was also a live band, which sounded interesting, but unfortunately it was not available on Monday during our stay.

Cons:

Everything was good overall. Just a bit disappointed that the live band was not available on Monday.

Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru! The overall experience was excellent — great vibe, delicious breakfast, exciting live concerts that created an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere, clean rooms, good facilities, and a very family-friendly environment.

The staff were very hospitable, with special mention to Atikah and Niya for their outstanding hospitality and professionalism throughout our stay. They were extremely helpful, attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Desaru. Will definitely come back again!
