We had our first time visiting Desaru and staying at Hard Rock Hotel. It was a pleasant experience overall. A special thank you to our housekeeper, Ziqah, for preparing our baby boy’s birthday cake and the hand-drawn decorations on the mirrors.

We hv dinner at GMT+8 … place very nice near to the poolside. Nigel suggested food really tasty- especially the milkshake! Yummy

Really enjoyed the ambience and awesome food served at HRC. Googled about the steak served at HRC and tried it ourselves! Really was super amazing food served and great hospitality by the staffs, NIZAM, MIRA & KEVEN. Overall super happy to celebrate birthday here! Thanks for the cake and definitely a great time here!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the programme, including the activities at the fruit farm. The ATV riding experience was undoubtedly one of the highlights of the trip. A special thank you for the wonderful surprise of arranging a live singer performance during our dinner by the swimming pool. It created a fantastic atmosphere and made the evening even more special. The buffet dinner was equally impressive—delicious, plentiful, and enjoyed by everyone.

Our Japanese guests, in particular, had an unforgettable evening. They especially enjoyed the live performance on the first level and were reluctant to see it end at 10:00 PM. The entertainment, combined with the excellent hospitality, left a lasting impression on them.

Both our employees and our Japanese guests unanimously agreed that we made the right decision in choosing Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast as the venue for our Company's Employee Bonding Day. The experience exceeded our expectations, and the positive feedback we received from everyone speaks volumes about the quality of your service and hospitality.

Big and spacious rooms. Also had dinner at the restaurant GMT+8. My mother is lactose intolerant so Nigel at GMT+8 very helpfully helped her create a special meal of grilled chicken with blanched vegetables. He also saw us swatting flies so he proactively helped us put a fly repellent fan on the table. Excellent service!

Really enjoyed our holiday, made even better by the genuine and attentive service from Adda, Kani and Salman. They went the extra mile to make my whole family (including two very energetic boys) comfortable!
The kids club staff were also very caring and the kids LOVED it they kept begging to stay longer or return.
