Overrated Hard Rock Desaru
Pros:

Cons:

Given a room at grade level despite of request for high floor. Booked a couple of months ago.
Construction site outside of window. Nothing to see. Poor view for a king suite.
Not worth for money.
Late check in prepared by the hotel.
Spoiled water tap for drinking water in room.
Poor waterpark maintenance. Corroded handrail.

Pros:

Had an absolute blast at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast! The hospitality here is top-notch—everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

The room was super comfy and clean, and the entire property is just beautiful. Also, major shoutout to the kitchen team because the food was amazing! A special thanks to the Rock Royalty staff as well for taking such good care of us and making our stay extra special with their awesome service.

Will definitely be back for another staycation!

Pros:

The best was house keeping girl did a best work by decorating a room as it was my son's birthday . Night band was really Good .

Cons:

Room was surprisingly upgraded for us . However I would expect better maintenance of Suit room type . Bath tub was not functioning well , also the shower was a bit broken . stand for shower gel was shaking . It looked like we were given room which was not maintained since some time.

house keeping man used to come twice a day but didnt clean plates and were left like that . He would only clean toilets & make bed.
