The room is on the second floor without a lift. Is not suitable for elderly. Aircon is noisy during the whole night. The sound proof is bad, I can hear the sound from the next room. The roof at the toilet is leaking when raining, the dirty water drops from the roof when sitting on the toilet bowl. I feel frustrated when I stay here.
I like the location, the decoration of the room and banquet hall is beautiful, the staff is also very friendly, I still choose to stay in your hotel, just hope you can keep the hotel clean and tidy
The bed in my room (2) on the ground floor was unstable and the cleaning was not done well and not up to standard...the sofa outside was not cleaned and had a lot of sand on it
The property was in an excellent location, close to the centre. The building has been thoughtfully restored and our room had everything we could need. The air con was very efficient. The owner was very friendly, and helpful with tourist advice. Great value for money too!
Bella la struttura in un edificio ben ristrutturato (anche se ormai un po’ datato). Accogliente la stanza e ottima la posizione
La ubicación es lo mejor de este alojamiento, a 1 minuto de cafeterias y tiendas. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado.
Las instalaciones. Acceso a habitación con escaleras muy estrechas y habitación muy pequeña. No hay desayuno.
Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni e alla zona dei ristoranti e al vicolo Concubine Ln . Hotel molto pulito e ricercato negli arredamenti. Camera grande e pulita. Staff molto gentile, ci ha anche anticipato il check in.
Unico nota negativa non c’è l’ascensore per salire alle camere superiori.

Can hear every sound from next room, no soundproof whatsoever
The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The room was supernice, cleaned. me and my kids enjoy our stay.
Hotel was very quiet and cosy. Location is close to famous Nam Heong Kopitiam and Concubine Lane.
Could not get the TV to work. No room safe.

The location was great. The hotel was basic but fine. I liked the open brick aesthetic.
We did not see any staff, cleaners or other guests except for check in and check out. The reception desk was unmanned the rest of the time. The room was not cleaned during the 3 night stay.
Great location, a two minute walk to major tourist attractions in Old Town Ipoh.
The location is ideal for anyone exploring Ipoh. There aren't many hotels in the Old Town and Ban Loong is in easy walking distance of all the pretty streets and alleyways. It's an old building which has been superbly renovated.
The rooms are functional and vary greatly in size. But for 1-2 nights that's fine.

A few things aren’t not functioning well. Tap leaking in bathroom. Powerpoint is higher than the kettle lead to use. a bit of care of love will help.
Really cute antique boutique hotel and all the attractions are within walking distance.
The sink tap and toilet seat could be better.
