Da evitare.
Pros:

Peggio di così era difficile.
Unica nota positiva lo staff gentile.

Cons:

Struttura non riscaldata, letti vecchi, bagno minuscolo.
Si ha l'idea che tutto caschi da un momento all'altro.
Porta ingresso sempre chiusa , per accedere è necessario suonare campanello o telefonare se si rientra tardi.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel tre stelle è stata deludente. Al momento del check-in il personale si è dimostrato poco comprensibile e poco disponibile nel fornire informazioni chiare, rendendo l’accoglienza tutt’altro che piacevole.

La stanza lasciava molto a desiderare: era visibilmente polverosa, segno di una pulizia superficiale, e questo ha inciso negativamente sul comfort del soggiorno. Inoltre, il riscaldamento non funzionava, creando notevoli disagi soprattutto durante la notte. Nonostante la segnalazione del problema, non è stata trovata una soluzione adeguata.

Considerando il livello dichiarato della struttura, mi aspettavo decisamente più attenzione sia ai servizi che al cliente. Esperienza complessivamente negativa, che non mi sento di consigliare.

Gentilissima la reception, sempre disponibile e reperibile dato che è 24h, così da non perdere mai la chiave, inoltre ci hanno offerto uno spumante di benvenuto e fatto trovare l’acqua in camera con tutto il necessario.

Very caring and helpful staff.
