Good Hotel

Limited room service options and the internet was slow and is not enough to stream the built-in Youtube app on the TVs in the room.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for a friend's birthday. Room was really spacious, bed is comfortable as well. It came with a bathtub which is a plus. The team helped to decorate the room for my friend's birthday and everything was carried out as requested.
Breakfast buffet has a good variety too!

Stayed in the 3-Bedroom Premier on 25th flr. The view was magnificent at night. The room was spacious and clean. Good to stay for a family of 5 pax.

Their Serambi restaurant was good. They served international buffet. Shout out to Keisya who tried to accomodate to our request when we asked for ice cream for a friend's son who came to visit us. As for Ikra he was always around to attend to us during breakfast. His smile lights out our morning breakfast. The last day of our stayed during breakfast there was a delicious ambon cake. We asked one of the staff by the name of Bunga whether they have extra in the kitchen and wanted to buy. However, they didnt sell. Bunga took the trouble to call the shop and delivered to us in time before we check out. The service provided by the rest of the staff is equally remarkable though we didnt get all their names. We will definately recommend our family and friends to stay at Ascott Sudirman Jakarta!

Great service

Always satisfied with the property's services and facilities. The best part of it that I like most is the view and the sound system in the room. They provide a Samsung sound bar and the subwoofer as well, I believe none of any hotel provide such a unique facility that creates your experience even beyond your expectation.

All the staff professional, courteous, and went the extra mile to help no matter what I was requesting.
High recommended and I will be staying there again on my next return to Jakarta.

Completely perfect for family with 1 kid and 1 toddler. The room is so spacious and well equipped. Special mentioned for staff and team in restorant during breakfast 30 Dec 2024 - 2 Jan 2025. I went breakfast only me and 2 kids and all staff really attentive, responsive and always help my kids when they took the food and drinks by themself. Everything was easy for me and i could enjoy my breakfast. The taste also delicious.

I like the fact that the staff takes care of almost everything except for laundry. No need to do the dishes and clean the rooms. Bedding is always perfect. However, towels are sometimes a bit stinking.
Breakfast menus change everyday, and I love fruits and steamed vegetables. The staff there always welcome you with a bright smile. Especially Ruci, thank you very much for answering my questions!

And for the breakfast, i really enjoy it, it's very delicious.
I think this is the best hotel i've ever stayed in

Serambi restaurant is very nice service and delicious food. Thank you Mas Rizki for the excellent service and support. 3rd times staying at Ascott and always good service. I have 2 child and the waitress is very kind, love playing with children

The room was comfortable, wonderful and very nice. I enjoyed the pool, spa and also the breakfast. The hotel and the facility are excellent. Andes was very helpful and Attantive during our breakfast here. So happy and we will comeback here!

部屋は適度な広く、キッチン、bathtub、洗濯機も完備している。
一階にレストランもあるので、食事も困らない。
また、一階にはコンビニもあるので、急な買い物も便利。
徒歩5分程で、ロッテモールもあり便利。

Everything about the property and it's staff is excellent.

The one thing for which the property has no control is the walkability around the area to go to places 15 or twenty minutes walk.
It's an issue that there are either no side walks or they have been taken over by the storekeepers.
To be honest, many neighborhoods around hotel properties in USA are also not walkable. Not that the stores have overtaken the space, rather these areas are only car friendly. Side walks do not exist. This issue is in rural and suburban America. While here the issue is in big cities

Love the spacious of the room

Our stay in 2 bedrooms was very good. Very friendly service but the condition from the property needs to be renovated

フロント、ルームサービス、部屋の広さ&清潔さ&設備は申し分なし。小さいながらもキッチン、洗濯機、バスタブも完備されてるので、長期滞在に向いている。一階にはFamily Martもあるので、便利。
この内容であればコスパ良い。
難点は、立地が少々奥まっているので、タクシードライバーが知らない時がある。
