Excellent for families

Excellent hotel

The location is miles away from any other amenities, situated as it is in the middle of the desert outside of Riyadh. However, it would be excellent for a family with children as they have a huge kid-friendly pool and kids club. I really enjoyed the restaurant which allows a choice between buffet-style eating or a la carte. The latter offered some excellent quality food. My room was vast (I had a suite) and it came with a large balcony. The one facility located next door is the “Bestival” concert venue. So if you are going along, this is an excellent choice to stay close by.

Excellent service and very helpful staff. Beautiful place a bit outside of Riyadh.

The spacious of the room and the bathroom is something really outstanding . In addition the balcony is really spacious as well with good view to the pools and the garden of the resort.
The value comparing to the service and the quality is really affordable .

Everything was good except the breakfast was for 3 stars. Also the shampoo and soap was very cheap for 5stats hotel.

Many services are not available due to maintenance and renovation work, there is disturbance due to the sound of equipment, and the service from the hotel staff is not at a good level. It was a not good experience.

Our Door(automated) keycard did not work, took 4 visit to the reception and after 20min wait someone came to fix it.

There is a pool renevation on-going, loud banging and drilling even early Friday 7am . In a hotel site, they should start later to let guest sleep.

Our neighbors upstairs where dragging furniture most of the afternoon/evening or maybe it was the hotel staff?!

Only 1 water bottle inside the room, got more after asking. No kettle or anything for tea.

Room was freezing cold, the heating more for the AC did not work.

The water was freezing cold. After running the shower 15-20mins it will warm up to lukewarm.

Buffet lunch and breakfast was good. Breakfast had great variety with healthy option. Starbucks on site. The in-room dining was horrible.

Public area and beautiful with gorgeous art pieces.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

بشكل عام رائعة المسبح والمشرف عليه ممتازين واعجبتني النظافة والبحيرات وموظفي البوابة الخارجية.
لكن لم يعجبني الزحمة عند موظفي الاستقبال ونظام بطاقة الغرف لاني حجزت يومين وعند وصولي للغرفة في اليوم الثاني محملة باكياس الغداء اكتشفت ان البطاقة لاتعمل ولابد من التجديد و تركت الاكل و وقفت في طابور طويل و بعد ٢٥ دقيقة رجعت للغرفة وكان الاكل بارد. وايضا مكان الغرفة كأنه في مخبأ سري ، نحتاج نصعد بمصعدين مختلفين حتى نصل لها مع انها في الدور الاول!

Little confusion with the booking when I arrived so had to wait for room to be made ready. But staff were keen to help resolve the issue and did so as soon as possible. Limited menu in the restaurant but what there is was in generous portions and full of flavour. Property is looking a little tired but everything was fully functional. Location is a little isolated with no attractions around it so you need transport.

The resort has potential to be better with caring and professional management. Food and service are mediocre. Food onsite is too expensive and not palatable. Nearest decent food places is about 50 km away. Not much activities are provided and exercise rooms are found wanting. More than half of the equipment are broken down and non functional. The spa services are non existent. The swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms need to cleaner and open more hours.

The location of this hotel is very far away from the city. The staff barely understand any English. The rooms could definitely use a good deep clean as they are dirty and dated. I ended up checking out after just one night and canceling the rest of my stay. I definitely would NOT recommend this resort/hotel to anyone based on my personal experience.

المكان كبير وشرح ولكن للأسف لما دخلت الغرفة كانت الارضية مو نظيفة والكنب مبقع والحمام يحتاج تغير كامل... يعني ببساطة الفندق لازم تديرة شركة ذات خبرة. لو نمت في السيارة احسن من سريرهم

The rooms are not clean. The hotel services are poor. Dirty pool. The food is not good quality

They disrespect to visitors coming to me I were so mad

I stayed there for my first night after I got married, the A/C was not working, and I asked for the repairmen but it took them three hours to come to me. The service was so bad

المكان كبير و شرح الديكور جميل و الغرف واسعه .. لكن كل شيء يحتاج صيانه " مغسلة الحمام مسدوده .. لا يوجد سخان " بلاط المسابح الخارجيه مكسر و متغير لونه و غيرها .. مستوى النظافه سيء جدااااا وصلت الغرفه طلبت التنظيف من جديد البلكونه قذره من فضلات الطيور .. السبا النسائي كبير بدون فائده لا يوجد فيه موظفين ولا مساج ولا حمام مغربي ولا صالون.. خيارات الاكل محدوده جدا مطعم واحد و يقفل من ٤-٧ !!! فقط خدمة الغرف سعرها معقول بالنسبه لفندق و الكمية كبيره.. موجود ستاربكس لكن بدون ساندوتشات .. المطعم بالليل بوفيه و الاكل بارد جدا .. اتمنى ان يتم منع المناظر المخالفه للذوق العام امام المسبح من احضار اطعمه شعبيه و تحويل المكان لكشته ...اللوبي حتى قهوه و عصير ما فيه!! المكان يحتاج مشغل جديد لأن كل شيء دون المستوى .... الايجابيه وسع المكان و المسطحات الخضراء و المبنى الجميل و السعر المعقول .. لطافة الموظفين في الاستقبال خاصة الاخ مشعل الغانم حسن تعامله و محاولته المساعده في بعض الامور و لكن اغلبها خارج عن سيطرته و تحتاج تغيير كامل .. اتمنى ان تكون التجربه القادمة افضل
