Pros:

Booking was easy,it was in central position which was ideal,the room was very clean and the shower was great, in the morning the breakfast was very good with plenty of choice plus the service was excellent. Thank's Hazel and her daughter (sorry forgot to ask her name)

Excellent stay
Pros:

Beautiful Location, spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, easy parking. What's not to like !!! will definitely use again.

Average price to high for a night stay.
Pros:

Lovely location , beautiful views surrounding, everything is so close, restaurants, pubs .
Breakfast was delicious, we preordered as soon as we checked in.. Simple, but delicious.
The lady who was checking in, was very formal, we didn’t feel welcomed at all.
A young lady who served as a breakfast, was lovely.

Cons:

Room smell like dump, specially a toilet, we had to close the bathroom door, shower was leek ing. Water pressure was so low. Bathroom bin wasn’t empty from last time..

A superb place to stay in Betws-y-coed
Pros:

Everything was superb! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed/bedding and the continental breakfast very nice too, we would definitely stay here again.

Was clean room and place nice
Pros:

Bathroom and room was clean

Cons:

If had at least one chair in the room would be great , towels had bit bad smell and other then all was good until she knocked the door and said everyone was gone and they have to go somewhere so check out !! Checked out is 10:30 a.m and she knocked about 10 a.m !! she even had louder voice I was on important call !!! As she didn’t give early checking when I asked, so why should I need to early check out!?
