Good location, great breakfast choice
Pros:

Breakfast options were very good for a small guest house. The property was in a good location. The host recommended good eating place very near.

Cons:

Parking was not easy with a particularly bad, bump by access road but at least there was parking because all the streets around were full of parked cars.

Superb little guest house
Pros:

Superb little guest house. Excellent location.
Very clean and comfortable with large bedrooms. Great bathroom with lovely shower too!

Cons:

Although it does have a car park, you have to drive over severe craters in the service road to get to it. It's recommended to park on the road at the front of the guest house.

Stayed 1 night, it was perfect for what we needed, and easy access to everything in Betws-y-Coed
Pros:

Due to having an early start the next morning a packed breakfast was supplied which was perfect. Staff very friendly

The perfect stay
Pros:

Everything! Immaculate room and bathroom, special touches eg snack tray tables, room coffee machine and kettle, cordials, milk fridge in hall, outdoor seating area.

Cons:

The bumpy access road to rear carpark which does not belong to the property so nothing to do with the owner. (On street parking at the front.)

Superbe étape à Snowdonia au Coed-y-Fron.
Pros:

Le lieu proche de tout, le parking pratique, le charme de la maison et de la chambre ainsi que son confort, l’accueil et l’excellent petit déjeuner. Bref nous avons passé une bonne soirée et nuit à Coed-y-Fron.

Pros:

Easy to locate. Received at the door by Amelia. Complimentary fresh milk was a nice touch.
Very clean facility. Linen was spotless and smelled fresh. The included breakfast was delicious.

Lovely stay, comfy beds, nice room and suited our needs
Pros:

Beautiful location, clean and comfortable room with a nice breakfast that you chose the night before. Plenty of choice. Tea and coffee in the room. Lots of places to eat nearby

Cons:

Stayed for 2 nights and room not touched nor towels changed. Didn't mind but would like to have known in advance

Excellent place. Great Value.
Pros:

Location - perfect - 1 min walk onto main stretch. Far enough back so there is minimal noise.
From guest house you can walk up back track (main trail to lake in mountains) - worth a small hike.

Parking - Parked around back (easy), in properties elevated car park (room for 2-3 cars). Roadside parking can be full during busy day. Road parking easy in evening. Road parking free if available. Round the back is easier, though back road in has a few pot holes.

Staff - Great. Friendly. Good service.

Breakfast - Really good. Eggs/toast brought freshly cooked to taste. Other bits are self serve (cereal/fruit/yoghurt/more).

Room - top floor, big room, very spacious. View from front window really nice. High up so can see over church to hills.
Coffee/teas + more, really good selection. Fresh milk from fridge downstairs (free).
Bathroom and shower were big and nicely functional.

Excellent DVD collection, AND in alphabetic order :-)
