Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location. The check-in and checkout processes were unclear and confusing.

What a gem of a place. I definitely would stay here again. A lovely set up. Lovely modern room. Everything we needed. Very helpful caring staff. Breakfast was more than enough. A big thank you ! Area is beautiful too!

The hut was luxurious and comfortable despite being in the middle of no where. It combined tranquility and peaceful countryside conditions with the comforts you’d expect from home or a hotel.
The views were to die for and were well looked after by our hosts.

Really friendly welcome with instructions very well explained. The room was absolutely spotless. My sister and I have thoroughly enjoyed the freshly made breakfast. Excellent hotel!

Betws-y-Coed is a perfect base camp for exploring the region and we were so fortunate to have picked Coed-y-Fron as our accommodation. Easy access to hiking trails, very good restaurants and a warm and friendly family run B&B. We stayed four nights and loved our room with a comfortable king size bed and updated private bath with shower. A memorable highlight of our cross country adventure in England and Wales!

Couldn't find anywhere within our price point and came across here. What a lovely place to stay. Clean with a great breakfast and all the commodities needed for a comfortable stay. A very short walk into town and very handily placed. Highly recommended and will come again

Excellent place to stay

Our first stay in a guest house with our teenage children . We only booked a few days before ( learned we’d got a cancellation ).

Check in was easy as we’d already paid upfront with hotels.com . Room ready and warm and clean .wasnt expecting little extra touches in a guest house but we were spoiled with kettle , coffee machine , biscuits , water , juices and a great range of glasses and cups too .

The room was a great size with plenty of storage and a lovely view . Very centrally placed in the area . We had room 5 -family room . Games were also on floor one and DVDS

Breakfast ordered the night before . Was impressed with it being ready the exact time ordered and lovely to have little extras to get from the buffet too -breakfast took with a view too .

A very small car park to hold three cars is quite hard to get into due to terrain - we managed but easy to park outside on the little road .

Little garden area too for warmer , drier days .

This place has set the bar high for guest houses .thank you to the lady who checked us in and the very hospitable lady who brought our breakfasts and cleared up promptly - also making sure we were comfortable
