Pros:

- Gia đình chủ KS từ bố mẹ đến các con trai/gái (hoặc dâu/rể) đều rất dễ thương, niềm nở, tận tình với khách.
- Vị trí KS ko gần nhưng cũng ko quá xa, nói chung dễ tìm.

Cons:

Cách âm phòng hơi kém. Mình đi vào Tết ÂL nên xung quanh sẽ đông trẻ con là điều dễ hiểu. Nhưng phải nghe rõ tiếng tụi nó chạy giỡn la hét ngoài sảnh/hành lang KS đến tận 10h tối (dù là đang đóng cửa ở trong phòng) thực sự cũng gây ảnh hưởng đến việc nghỉ ngơi của mình lắm. Mong KS lưu ý giúp.

Convenient for a short stay
Pros:

- Friendly staff
- Big room and bathroom

Cons:

- It said free breakfast when we booked it which was the reason we chose this hotel over others when deciding, but upon arrival we were told breakfast was not included. It was only a small cost each day but not what we were expecting. - Shower didn’t go very warm at night
- WiFi worked on and off
- Not much going on around the hotel, there are a few marts

Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel. I have got an impression it is run by members of the same family. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. I could feel they cared about my comfort and the guy at the café prepared my breakfast in the most kind and attentive way. Thank you!

Horrible owner lady behavior, I’ll never come back !!!

Terrible decision to come over here , the owner lady was mistreating me all the time, just because his receptionist made wrong on writing the price per night and somehow she got shocked about how incredibly cheap was. Well not my fault. She made me wait hours for the check-in even tho empty rooms were available in advance.

Cons:

When we arrived, there was no one at the reception for about an hour and a half. We waited, then finally gave up and went to eat, because nobody was there to check us in. Completely unprofessional.

When we finally got the room, they told us the price was higher than what I booked on Booking.com and made us pay extra.

The room itself was a huge disappointment. It looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty, smelled bad, full of mosquitoes and insects. The towels had a terrible odor, and the bed sheets were yellow and stained.

The noise was unbearable — we could hear everything from other rooms, from the lobby, even cars passing by outside. There’s absolutely no soundproofing at all.

From the outside the place might look fine, but inside it’s completely different — dirty, noisy, and nothing like what’s advertised.
