Très bel hôtel dans un cadre magique
Pros:

Don't stay here
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean, the property was nice.

Cons:

The owners are not very welcoming and seem to forget that they are in the hospitality business.
After checking in, the owner approached me without any greeting and immediately began listing a series of rules as if I were a child. These included: no guests allowed, no food or drinks by the pool, no bringing your own beer onto the property, and no bicycles in the room. All of this happened before I had even reached my accommodation.
The following day, while I was sitting by the pool chatting on the phone, I was told to be quiet because my conversation was apparently too loud.
Later, my son needed to change clothes but was denied access to our room because it was being cleaned.
As we were leaving to go out, the owner tapped on my car window and instructed me to come to his office to speak with him and his wife. I declined. He then suggested that I contact Booking.com and find somewhere else to stay. I explained that we would be staying because I had already paid for the accommodation.
After that, I decided the best course of action was simply to ignore their rudeness and spend as little time as possible at the property.
I would not recommend this hotel, purely because of the owners' attitude and behaviour. It's a shame, really, as the accommodation itself had potential.
In Response to the owner: Your are lying. There were only three people in our party, and we booked and paid for two rooms accordingly. We did not arrive with anyone else, nor did we bring additional guests onto the property at any point during our stay. You immediately began reciting your “rules” when we checked in, despite there being no issue to address. The hostility and accusatory attitude we experienced were entirely unwarranted. I would not subject anyone to that. Rather than providing a welcoming hospitality experience, your property felt more focused on policing guests than making them feel comfortable. A campground or RV park would likely be friendlier & more enjoyable

Pros:

Il servizio, la ragazza parlava anche italiano. Stanza pulita. Piscina spettacolare.
Casale immerso tra i vigneti.

Cons:

Non dipende dall'hotel ma nel paese molto piccolo c'è solo un ristorante.
Null'altro di negativo.

Sehr unfreundlich zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr!!!!
Cons:

Früher einchecken (14 Uhr) ging gar nicht und bezahlen erst ab 19 Uhr ( nicht 18:30) obwohl jeweils die Chefs anwesend waren.
