Pros:

Podrá ser el mejor hotel 5 estrellas del mundo, pero si la atención y trato al cliente es mala, lo hace el peor hotel del mundo.

La malísima atención por parte del encargado y su mujer.

Inmediatamente se hacen las 12:00 de la hora de salida y te tumba la puerta diciendo que ya tienes que salir.

Soy fumador, pero soy consciente de que no se puede fumar dentro de las habitaciones, por eso abrí la ventana para fumar y echar el humo fuera, resulta que la mujer del encargado estaba en la habitación de arriba grabándome o echándome fotos descaradamente y luego haciendo espectáculo de forma muy mal educada para decirme que dejara de fumar, cuando no soy ni el primero ni el último que fumara en ese hotel.

En resumen, una porquería de hotel.

Falta de corrección por parte del recepcionista, le pregunté que pasaba si tenía algún problema durante la noche y me dijo que él se iba a su casa y pasaba de todo.
Estás en un sitio nuevo y considero que ya que no tienes personal de noche, has de mostrarte dispuesto a facilitar un teléfono por una contingencia, incluso por su interés, escape de agua, incendio, robo, conflicto…

Estaba muy limpio, y no pusieron ninguna problema por ir con mi perrita.

Cons:

La habitacion solo tenia un miniventanuco que no entraba nada de luz, y habia mucho ruido en los pasillos.

La cercanía a la playa. El hotel está reformado baño limpio y amplio agua caliente , .sin problema

Cons:

El tema del silencio porque nos llamaron la atención porque dicen que hacíamos ruido mi pareja y yo.y no tenían cama doble a pesar que en la reserva la pedimos doble. Y no es así.
