Nice local budget vibe. Friendly and helpful family owned place. Slightly outside the center. Quiet enough to sleep. Hot water.

I would really recommend staying here, it’s in a brilliant location a short walk to the centre but much more peaceful with beautiful views over the river from the rooftop terrace. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The people working here are all so helpful, I extended my stay and booked a bus to Laos through them but it left early without me. One lady had come with me to the bus station and then took me herself to catch up with it. I really appreciate the kindness in making sure I caught it and thank you so much again!
AC had mouldy smell . Walk across bridge into main centre isn’t so pleasant. But lovely and helpful staff and yum breakfast.

Rats, mice and insects at the house and in my room - could not sleep half of night.

Comfy room, great price, really nice vibes at this place. Rooftop had incredible views. I organised an easy rider tour through them and had the best time with Phung ❤️
