Important information:

Please note that the outstanding balance of the reservation will need to be paid upon arrival.

A brief reminder of the hotel rules can be found below:

- It is imperative to leave the room key at the reception desk when checking out

- Check-in (arrival) must take place from 14:00pm until 23:30pm.
- Check-out must be done before 12:00pm (noon).

- At 11:30am you will be reminded to vacate the room by 12:00pm.

- Please note that the front desk closes between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

- Smoking is not allowed in the entire establishment

- Access to the facilities is not allowed to people not included in the reservation.

- The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid upon arrival.

- Deposit: A deposit of EUR 20 will be required upon arrival. It will be returned at check-out after a room inspection (no smoking and the return of the remote controls is required).

-A deposit will be requested for the use of the kettlesGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Value for money in a peaceful location, with clean rooms and exceptionally welcoming hosts!
Pros:

A small, quiet room with air conditioning and a small fridge, perfect for a comfortable stay. Everything was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet it's within easy walking distance of the centre and the beach. Excellent value for money—I would definitely recommend it!

Pros:

Останавливалась в этом отеле на несколько дней. Несмотря на категорию 1*, отель прекрасный. Мой номер компактный, эргономичный и очень чистый. Уборка проводится регулярно, сантехника и техника в исправном состоянии. Прекрасное соотношение цены и качества, смело ставлю наивысшую оценку. Хозяин отеля очень старается, что бы гостям было комфортно. При возникновении вопроса, всегда подскажет и поможет. Вкусные завтраки, атмосфера домашняя.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Frühstück besteht aus Zwieback,keksen und einer Tasse Kaffee. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet. In meinem Zimmer ging der Ventilator nicht und an Steckdosen mangelt es auch. Die Dusche war sehr klein und alles ist sehr dunkel.

Pros:

The hotel was very good value for money. The Arce is maybe the equivalent to the British Bed and Breakfast accommodation. It was very clean though basic. The staff were lovely and friendly. I was there for 5 nights and my bedding was changed twice and towels were changed every other day. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The decor could be a bit more updated but that's just cosmetic. The Breakfast could be a bit more adventurous. But value for money.

COMO CAJON QUE NO CIERRA
Pros:

El acceso, la limpieza y el trato del personal

Cons:

No me gusto el fuerte olor a tuberias en el baño. Coincidi con una pareja sexualmente muy activa que durante dos noches me tuvieron "integrado auditivamente" en un pelicula porno. Que manera de darle al turron durante mas de 1 hora y menudos gemidos de ella.

La ubicación,la tranquilidad y la amabilidad del dueño y de Salvador.La limpieza diaria también fue genial.

Cons:

Me gustó todo y entiendo que es justo por el precio que se paga pero me hubiera gustado que hubiera pan fresco o tostadas de pan en el desayuno o alguna fruta fresca.

Pros:

We have stayed up in this hotel several times. The staff are very friendly. The location is good for shops and restaurants. Having a small fridge in the room is a big bonus to us.
