Cel mai bun hotel din Mangalia!
Pros:

Miroase a curat si a tot ce e mai si mai frumos. Camerele spatioase, totul curat, view-ul, mancarea, stuff-ul, nota 10!

Cons:

Nu am nimic care nu imi fi placut!

Pros:

Serviciile sunt de nota 10+. Ne-am simțit excelent și ne-am bucurat de toată grija și atenția gazdelor noastre. Suntem la al treilea sejur și vom reveni cu siguranță.

Pros:

Locatia foarte buna, cobori cateva scari si esti pe plaja.
Micul dejun bogat si gustos.
Personalul amabil.
Apa plata oferita din partea casei.
Seara era program muzical pana la ora 22.00. A fost placut sa stam pe balcon, sa vedem marea si sa ascultam muzica.

Cons:

Baia mirosea urat si in camera era un miros neplacut,

Aerul contionat care era de fapt doar un ventilator zgomotos si care nu a racorit suficient.

Nicio facilitate pentru inchirierea sezlongurilor pentru clientii locatiei.

Per total a fost ok, chiar si cu micile incidente
Pros:

Amplasarea hotelului, curățenia zilnică, apa oferită în fiecare zi, programul muzical seral, promenada cu tei si pini; personalul de la recepție, doamnele cameriste, chiar si lucratorii străini

Cons:

Spațiul prea mic între pat si perete, riscai să dai cu capul de perete dacă te ridicai prea brusc si sa te trezesti cu un cucui-n frunte :) Noroc de canapeaua extensibilă.
Meniul a la carte de la restaurant nu oferă toate detaliile despre felul de mâncare propus la unele dintre feluri. Am comandat o dorada cu garnitură, mi s-au adus 2 file-uri mici străvezii foarte sarate, tinute probabil în prealabil în saramura pentru conservare (la prețul afișat ma asteptam sa fie pestele intreg). Ospătarul mi-a luat farfuria cu viteză luminii fără să ma întrebe sau ofere altceva, zicandu-mi ca se duce sa vada ce s-a întâmplat. Mi-a adus frumos aceleasi felii sarate, refuzand sa schimbe felul de mâncare în schimbul unui pahar de vin :) nu a fost tocmai fair..
