Poor Service,. Fridge in room was noisy, I called to inform, the answer I got was we will get back to you on Friday. I checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Sunday. All these days with a noisy fridge in the room.
Very convenient location. Check in took longer than normal. 2 x Rooms on the same floor was requested when we made the booking (almost a year in advance) They confirmed the rooms will be close to each other via a phone call the morning of check in. However, at check in they informed us that they could not assist with the request. We booked 3 x rooms. The one Room 503 - toilet was running the whole time and could not flush. It was reported to reception.
From the point of arrival, the front desk staff where unfriendly and seemed to be in a rush. Got to the aparment and it was stunning like in the pictures however my tv did not work and the telephone was not in order. Its a nightmare to contact the front desk especially from a cellphone. Maintenace is a bit on the low side as the apratment was full of cracks and moisture. I would have rather used that amount of money on air bnb for a home rather.

the rooms are not properly maintained, not properly cleaned . the sheets are worn out with stains. i ddnt like that i spent 2 days without towels despite me having requested for them.the service deliverly upon making such request was slow. Management contacted me but ddnt take heed to my review in fact they stated that my review was invaluable. as such i wouldnt reccommend this place to anyone.
It was clean and quiet
Not a good experience, had the wrong room, bedding had blood stains on, and booked in wrong room, then moved to a new room which door handles broke off and air cons not working, and the lounge seats was wabble and loose, plugs not working and air con, breakfast cost to much
We had a wonderful time,it was our 2nd time staying there and we loved everything about the place and it's homely. 4rm now onwards when we visit Pretoria will definitely stay @ The Regency, only wish they had a reasonable monthly rate 4 their apartments .
Great service and a beautiful place
It was a short stay but your front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. the room had all the amenities and appliances to make it feel like home
First of the perception of the rooms is very deceptive...look fabulous on website but when arrive it very small. Can even turn a ironing board around inside the room. The iron’s wire is so short you struggle to get the iron close enough to Iron.... which means is very unpractical.

First of all I was booked into a very small room with very small bathroom. At 1:30am I woke up because the room was getting hot as the A/C did not work. Neither did the TV. There is only one window that cannot be opened as it faces the passage. The uncomfortable room temperature made it impossible to sleep, so at 3:30am I eventually went down to reception and demanded to be moved to another room with an operational A/C. I was moved to a very comfortable and spacious apartment at 4:00am and managed to get a bit of sleep before I had to get up at 6:00 for a business breakfast.
I noticed that the toilet paper was nearly finished (and that there was no extra rolls) but accepted that it will be replaced when my room was serviced that day. However when I arrived back that evening I found that my room was never serviced at all . The toilet paper was not replaced, my room as well as the bathroom was not cleaned and my bed was not made. I found this absolutely shocking. This is a brand new hotel that opened in 2018, but if you look at the walls in the passages, it is shocking to see in what state these walls are, it is clear that the service staff don't care when they push the service trollies . The walls are full of marks and the corners are chipped because of a don't care attitude. One wonders why the manager has not noticed what is happening to this new building and why is he doing nothing about it.
