trudna komunikacja z personelem, nikt, nawet w recepcji, nie mówił po angielsku. Zamawiając via Booking.com podałem liczbę osób, pokoi i otrzymałem wycenę w kwocie 334 zł. Hotel ściągnął mi z konta dwa razy tę kwotę. Gdybym wiedział, że jest to cena za pokój, a nie za cały pobyt, nie zdecydowałbym się na rezerwację tego hotelu, Czuję się oszukany
