The mall next door Has a lot of great food options if you dont want to spend more money inside the hotel.
Pros:

Overall clean, friendly staff with few exceptions

Cons:

Didn’t appreciate staff knocking at your door at 9am to “check” if you were still inside. Tvs not connecting to phone via cast, and not having popular apps like YouTube or netflix built in was a big disappointment.

Para un 5 estrellas me esperaba mucho más.
Pros:

El desayuno y la comodidad de la cama lo mejor.

Cons:

La limpieza. Ya la habitación cuando me la dieron no estaba limpia del todo. Lo dije dos veces en recepción y al tercer día ya lo limpiaron. El WC olía a tubería y se atascaba con facilidad. El personal no era del todo amable, correcto pero no agradable.

Pros:

La cama es muy comoda y la atencion del personal es muy buena.

Cons:

En el area de terraza y alberca, deberian de tener unas sombrillas para disfrutar mas de los camastros cuando el sol esta muy fuerte, no hay donde refugiarte del sol y eso puede hacer que te retires pronto.
