Очень уютный, красивый и комфортный отель и номера, все продумано до мелочей, освещение разной яркости можно настроить каждому под себя, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха, посуда, кофе, чай, утюг, доска и даже проектор 😍
Вид с террасы в номере просто бомбический, чуть не хватало вида на Арарат из номера только, но его отлично было видно с террасы отеля.
Спасибо ресторану за завтраки, было вкусно и разнообразно, отдельная благодарность за индивидуальный подход, когда наш малыш отказывался есть ему готовили отдельно кашу.
Были небольшие трудности с подключением к интернету в отеле, но при обращении на ресепшен нам оперативно помогли решить этот вопрос.
Отмечу отличную организацию по сервису в отеле, на протяжении всего отдыха чувствовали заботу и доброжелательность при общении. Помогали с любыми вопросами. Спасибо огромное за внимание и заботу!

Cons:

Что можно улучшить это заменить детский стульчик, когда попытались воспользоваться оказалось сломанной ножка у него, но это не стало проблемой так как был второй стульчик и можно было воспользоваться им.

My deluxe apartment was quite big, situated on the 12th floor with spectacular views over Yerevan. Staff was super friendly as well. The breakfast buffett and coffees were also outstanding!

Cons:

windows have terrible isolation , and the location is windy. All day we were hearing extreme wind noises and were not able to sleep. The staff at reception said they couldn’t do anything with it
