Comfortable, secure, homely.
Would like to have the option of a walk in shower. Not a tub and over head shower.
Breakfast -- fried egg cool and hard yoke. sausage was cold, no wi-fi
breakfast, only had one . bed very uncomfortable
Breakfast could be better.
Dinner was poor quality.
Spacious room and en-suite.
Cooked breakfast was a bit sparse- given we were on an active holiday.
The fish and chips were pretty nice
The staff were mostly rude, the room smelled, the tea making facilities in the room were not replenished for the next day, the hallway was like something from a horror attraction, the room was not very clean . I stayed one night in a cabin, it was awful ( cabin number 10) no remote for tv, plug socket broken and potentially dangerous. The cabin was pretty much a shed with a bunk in it. For the price they charge you expect better.
Pleasant view from the bar terrace was the only redeeming feature
Shabby and looking sadly neglected. Desperately in need of a refresh. Dreadful WiFi. Grubby bedroom carpets. Noisy plumbing - no washbasin plug. Mediocre food and very limited breakfast options.
Massive storm was hitting area so we couldn’t get to intended destination in isle of skye. They were our saviours letting us stay even though the was no power. Eternally grateful.
Rooms are to a high standard. Shower and bath are decent. It is clean. Location is out of this world! Had breakfast both days first day was okay (sausage wasnt cooked) next day was good. Not sure it was worth the £50 but not many places to eat locally.
One of the staff members were rude , rest were brilliant. Could do with some maintenance in certain areas - hallway needs some attention, there was broken glass in the carpark and a shattered window. Dogs were left to bark until late but this isnt a reflection on the hotel.
loved it all, the views, the room, the staff were all amazing
nothing
Location of the hotel was great, food was ok for the price, staff were nice
No hot drinks available at the bar
Room had a wall covered in questionable stains behind the bed.
Shower was held up with electrical tape.
No bath plug.
Shower screen didn't fit so the bathroom got soaked
Uncomfortable bed
Pillows were lumpy and falling apart inside the pillow case
The location was perfect. Scenery and views over the Loch were amazing.
Friendly enough staff.
Dog friendly.
Hotel lobby, reception, bar and restaurant were cold and lifeless.
Big log burner in bar not lit. Not very inviting.
Food from menu was limited and some choices weren’t available.
Absolutely stunning room, will stay again!!!!
Location
No hot water in The evening, only came back the morning we were leaving, no staff after 21:00 to help with the water situation. Not a very Scottish feel either.
No staff on duty during fire alarm at 0145 and no way of contacting member of staff
Udsigten.
Alt. Stadig intet personale at se. Vi fik ikke lukket et øje den nat.
The staff were friendly.
The storm had taken out the power 24hrs before our arrival but the company made no effort to warn us. We had no alternative but to stay with no power, heating or breakfast. Asked for a refund which was supposedly approved but three weeks later haven't received a penny.
