Une halte dans un endroit magnifique avec un accueil sympathique.
Pros:

Emplacement très agréable au bord du loch. Les chambres sont bien équipées et décorées avec gout. Le restaurant et le bar avec terrasse permettent de passer un moment agréable sur place.

Cons:

Il n'y avait plus de gin distillé sur place à la vente dommage. L'adresse n'était pas dans le GPS nous avons passé un peu de temps à trouver l'établissement.

Pros:

Location great
Bedroom was clean, well appointed and recently refurbished
Food was OK
Left kindle and phone chargers behind when I left. Staff found them and posted them to me Excellent service thank you.

Cons:

Booked late at 5pm so cost was very high for bed alone - about double usual rate but that was my problem not the Hotel's and probably Booking.com policy

Beautiful location, lovely food and friendly staff, but some areas need updating.
Pros:

The location was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely bar serving good food and a really cosy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and more than helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

It did feel as though the hotel is currently being renovated section by section. Some areas looked beautifully updated, while others felt quite dated. The staircase leading to the rooms was very narrow and had an unusual smell. Our bedroom itself was perfectly fine, but the bathroom and bath felt like they were in need of some serious attention, and the bathroom heater was covered in rust. Hopefully these areas will be updated as part of the renovations, as the hotel has so much potential.

Unkempt hotel, best to find an alternative.
Pros:

Some of the staff were attentive and efficient

Cons:

New carpets badly fitted, a trip hazard.
New carpets meant the fire done in the upstairs corridor did not close.
Bathroom unfinished, bath panel not fitted.
Sink missing its plug.
Toilet flushing button broken
No anti slip mat.
Shower screen poorly fitted.
Common area dirty.
Room smelt of
Cigar smoke
Despite the window being fully open all night.
Lighting poor.
Bathroom smelt unclean.

The staff was friendly

Cons:

There smelled weird and I am pretty sure its because there was mold - both hidden and visible. Good I wasn’t staying more than a night, but definitely not worth the cost.
