Enjoyable, easy and good value
Pros:

All staff, particularly ATA and Emre were friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. The room were comfortable, roomy and clean.

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal und schönes Hotel mit geräumigen sauberen Zimmern
Pros:

Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Beim Check In haben mich Batu und Gurkan mit einem herzlichen Lächeln begrüßt, alles genau erklärt, mir den Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht. Später dann haben Sie mir dann noch einen Spa Termin reserviert. Auch beim Check Out waren die KollegInnen Emre, Ata und Ilyda ausgesprochen freundlich, serviceorientiert und sehr um mein Wohlergehen bemüht. Meinen Koffer konnte ich problemlos über Tag im Hotel lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett sehr groß und bequem. Es war alles ausgesprochen sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Unten auf der Terrasse kann man auch im Trockenen bequem rauchen. Ich hatte aus persönlichen Gründen ohne Frühstück gebucht, aber das Frühstücksbuffet sah sehr gut und reichhaltig aus. Schade, dass ich nur eine Nacht dort war. Ich werde ganz sicher wieder kommen und kann das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!
