Pros:

First of all the person from kitchen and preparing breakfast Nurcan abla and Gul were fantastic and helpfull for our families. I was there with kids and the took special care for them. Also Ilayda ve Emre in reception were very helpfull. Thanks to all the staff.

Cons:

Car pariking for V Class is not available and for wide cars was a problem.

Friendly staff, spacious room, nice location, quiet

Cons:

Bathroom could be more comfortable (lack of space for personal belongings), toiletries could be richer. Breakfast was sufficient but lucked imagination. Coffee quality very poor (from the espresso machine where probably instant coffee was used). 1 hour before end of breakfast informed that filter coffee was finished…

Excellent for short stays with a car
Pros:

Nicely decorated rooms, excellent breakfast, free carpark. My third stay here, perfect fit for short stays, could say budget friendly. Improving the standards every time I visit.

Cons:

Street facing rooms bit loud during the night, stayed in this hotel a while ago in the rooms facing to the in-yard, would prefer those. Public transport access is not that convenient.

Perfection
Pros:

The food, service, and rooms were all excellent and exceeded our expectations.

We would like to thank Ayoub for his professionalism and kindness. A big thanks as well to Batu, Ata, and Emre for their incredible support throughout our stay. They helped us with everything we needed, from booking tours to answering our questions and coordinating all the details. They truly treated us like part of their own family, which made our experience very special.

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We especially appreciated their response to our concern about the sofa being too hard for sleeping—they kindly provided an extra bed at no additional charge. This was a very pleasant surprise and truly showed their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
