1. It is good value for money.
2. They gave us one of their best rooms on the top floor corner with an excellent view.
3. They have beautiful lighting at night and it has very good view at night particularly for kids.
4. They rooms have plenty of space.
1. Family room kitchen doesn't have utensils or plates (although they gave two plates when we asked for some plates!) or a proper fridge (other than mini bar which was hard to fit much stuff). It had a Microwave though. They shouldn't advertise it as having a kitchen.
2. They charged extra for our 14 year old but a relatively nominal amount.
3. It is surrounded by (roads with) steep slopes on all directions, so it may be a bit of a climb for buses etc. and taxi is your goto option.
4. The bathroom was a bit of fun as it was only half covered with glass and it made a pond every time we took a bath. They can't cover the shower with full glass as the door will hit the glass but it made for a very inconvenient shower with water all over the floor.
In hindsight, Ibis Sisli might have been a better bet as it was closer to Sisli Metro although I don't know whether it has a Family room.
The restaurant staff, Mustafa was very atentative and always greated you with a smile
They gym equipment was teriable hardly any equipment, even basic bummbells were missing

Goede hotel, zeer goed gelegen. Behulpzame personeel, vooral Oguz en Eyup zijn zeer behulpzaam.
Where do I start! This hotel exceeded all our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. The staff were outstanding always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. A special thank you to Ata and Eyüp for their exceptional hospitality!
The location couldn't be better, with everything conveniently nearby. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return the next time we're in the area. If 10 stars were possible, this hotel would deserve every single one of them!

1- احيانا يتجاهلون عمال النظافة التقيد بنظافة الغرفة ويتاخرون عن تنظيفها .
2- لا توجد مناديل داخل الغرف تحتاج أن تتصل على الاستعلامات حتى يرسلوا لك مناديل .
الغرف كانت نظيفه والكيب هاوس كانو يقومو بالتنظيف بشكل يومي وبالنسبه للافطار شبه متنوع ومشرف البوفيه الاستاذ مصطفى كان جداً خدوم ومتعاون وبالنسبه لتسجيل الدخول الاستاذ ATA كان جداً مبتسم ومتعاون

Overall was a great stay, very comfortable, clean and the staff are super friendly. I am sorry I forgot your names but really, across the board, reception, kitchen, everyone is very nice and helpful! The room was also a decent size for 2 people and the beds are nice and the room is surprisingly soundproof despite the hotel being next to a relatively main street. There's also a BIM, A101 very close and a lovely restaurant attached to the same block.
The location is a bit awkward if you want to walk around because of all the mountain-like roads. You need a car or a taxi to get to most places around, even if it's 10 minutes away.
