The hotel is nice and our stay was good. Eyup was at reception when we checked out and we want to say that he helped us a lot.

Не очень хороший завтрак с уклоном в местную кухню. Номера старые. Сильно прокуренный номер.

Emre, Ilayda from reception really pleasant and they help us! Everything was great and really comfortable
Breakfast wasn’t so good, it was poorly and so bad
- we asked for non-smoking room but the room was badly smell. Cigarette's smell flew over through the Aircon system.
- we called the reception counter and he kept mentioned he then called to inform us they couldn't detect which room was smoking.
- we requested to change to another room, they requested us to check out from the room first, and went to him to get another room key instead of sending someone to assist us to double check the new room's condition.
- We ran up and down three times to the counter in the middle of the night for one simple task.
- their service did not deserve any recommendations, not to mention they called themselves 4 stars hotel.
- most of the staffs were not even friendly!
- strongly suggest not to consider this hotel!
