無料バスがあり、スタッフの方々も気持ちよく笑顔で対応していただけました！また機会がありましたら、宿泊したいです！ありがとうございます。

ホテルに配送したケーキや荷物を丁寧に保管していただけました。また、ケーキのお皿やナイフの貸し出しをしてくださいました。彼の誕生日だったため、受付の時に彼に気づかれないように配慮して頂けたのを感じました。ありがとうございます！

Cons:

ケーキは冷蔵保存で解凍できるのですが、冷凍保存されていたため、次の日に食べる形となってしまったことが少し残念でした。

『思い出の1ページを彩る舞台』
Pros:

本日、無事にチェックアウトし自宅へ帰宅いたしました。
この2日間、本当に良い思い出を夫婦で創ることができました。その拠点としてコンフォートスイーツ東京ベイを選べて良かったと実感しています。
ウェルカムドリンクや朝食のブュッフェ、それに部屋も過ごしやく1日楽しんで疲れた体を休めることができました。
宿泊前から諸々の詳細情報を教えて頂きありがとうございました。（もちろんAI対応でもありがたいです。）
本来はこの場でのメッセージは場違いだと思いますが、妻は初めてのディズニーリゾートでその記念にこのホテルを選べて大満足で気持ちを伝えたく連絡いたしました。

ディズニー後に泊まりましたがゆっくり休めて最高でした！

・内装が綺麗
・チェックイン、チェックアウトが楽
・ホテル内にコンビニが併設
・部屋が広かった

・強いて言うならお風呂の温度と実際に出てくるお湯の温度が差がある

最高のホテルです！
Pros:

ホテルのお部屋の中もとても綺麗で清潔でした。フロントの方も親切でとても快適に過ごしました。朝食も本当に美味しくて、種類もたくさんで是非また泊まらせていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。

Overall I can’t recommend this place enough, we ended up booking an extra 3 nights there instead of going somewhere else
Pros:

The rooms where very large(hard to find in Tokyo), always very clean. Staff are beyond friendly and happy to help. All facilities are excellent, free coffee downstairs and amenities. Super quiet area and a nice break from the bustling city of Tokyo

Cons:

Only bad thing is it does take quite some time to get from the city to the hotel and often found ourselves getting Ubers which added up after a while. There is a bus that runs straight from the train station to a street over from the hotel which is good in return
