Exerllent, friendly staff,we had the Suite Room, very nice and clean lovely big bed to,only downside to the room it has no windows to look out of,it has windows but there blacked out and only open a small way, overall though no complaints here.
Great place to stay, close to Blenheim palace and very central location
The staff were very friendly and helpful we couldn't fault them , we asked questions and they were very helpful to us , we wanted more Coffee for the room and within five minutes it was with us , so overall the stay was very good.
The only problem is that there is no carpark, so we had to park on the street outside we were very lucky that we got very close, that was the only problem.
Breakfast very good plenty to choose from and location good for Blenheim place
Shower needed a much better clean very mouldy
Good location close to Blenheim
Only issue is parking but staff advised precisely what we needed to do
Clean, good atmosphere, great food.
Nothing
Things in general were fine. The choice of breakfasts very good, but the stair carpets were filthy and required hoovering- It was quite unnerving going up to our room as the filth on the carpets made me doubt the standard of the room.
Dirty carpets and paint on walls that needed touching up where it had been bashed in both the bedrooms and breakfast room.
Good location in the centre of Woodstock, walkable distance from Blenheim Palace. Comfortable bed, the bathroom was a little small but the room itself was lovely. The breakfast was lovely.
It’s on a busy road so the room was noisy. The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard.
Decent breakfast, nicely cooked, room in the roof which was unbelievably hot
Being put in the roof at my age😂😂🥵🥵
Check in was easy, the room was beautiful with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to visit again.
Nothing
Very friendly staff, excellent location
Enjoyed a 2 night stay, the room was very clean and comfortable. plenty of wall sockets including 4 USB points. Bedside lamp, cooling fan. Plenty of space for luggage, a decent size television, tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was exceptionally good. Plenty of choice and perfectly cooked. The staff were very helpful and polite.
Nothing
Good food. Both evening meal and breakfast. Particularly lovely breakfast room. Great location in the centre of the town and easily walkable to Blenheim Palace. We knew that there was no parking on site, which is the same for most accommodation in the town but clear explanation from the hotel about where to park.
All good
Staff very friendly and tried their best to make us welcome.
Hotel generally tired and in need of work doing to make it acceptable.
Sockets not screwed in properly, leaking shower to highlight a couple of issues.
It was also pretty dirty and unkempt .
Our room had no air-conditioning on some of the hottest days of the year. It was unbearable.
It may well have been an oversight on our part booking the room but still, it was dangerously hot, with a small fan our only respite.
We didn't sleep.
