All Group bookings of more than 5 rooms require full pre-payment and are nonrefundable. These bookings will require a 10% booking deposit due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number. Then the remaining 90% to be paid 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. After this day the reservation will be nonrefundable.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Evening meal very good.Room comfortable.Evening staff very good.

Cons:

The breakfast on the first day was very good.We waited over half an hour and was finally told our order had been given to other residents.When it did arrive it was cold and overcooked.The coffee was cold.We were very disappointed having had a nice meal the night before. The second day breakfast was better but the morning shift staff are much poorer than the evening team.I suggest it's an issue the company needs to address.

Pros:

Mooi hotel restaurant midden in woodstock met mooi aangeklede kamers met veel ruimte. Restaurant en ontbijt waren prima.

Cons:

De kamer was wel erg fris en moeilijk warm te krijgen. Het bed was erg hard en helaas geen echte king, maar 2 enkele matrassen.
