Just perfect
Pros:

This family driven resort has it all. A cozy, small-scale atmosphere, perfectly maintained facilities such as a swimming pool, beach volleyball court, pétanque field, barbecues, and a beautiful garden with old trees.
Francesco and his family are true professionals who create the ultimate holiday vibe. And on top of that, they make perfect Gin & Tonics 😉

We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi next to our appartement – it was cleaned every morning by the team.

It’s perfect located between Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio

Don’t hesitate – just book it!

10 av 10. For en fantastisk sted. For det første: Det var en så varmt velkomst og verten Francesco gjør virkelig alt for at sine gjester har det fint og komfortabel. Dette er en fint Resort med alt hva man trenger på ferie. Pool, park, grillplass, volleyball, cafe og bar og masse plass for barna for å bevege seg i en veldig trivelig og trygt område. Vår leilighet var stort og ny renovert. Veldig veldig rent, komfortabele senger og et fint baderom. På kjøkkenet finner man alt man trenger. Fra resort er det ikke langt til sentrum av Capoliveri som er en vakker lille by med mange gode restauranter og butikker. Mange fine strender er også i nærheten. Man trenger en bil! Vi kommer gjerne tilbake! Anbefales på det sterkeste. Tusen takk Francesco.

Absolutely stunning place, where hospitality feels like home.
Pros:

We loved every minute of our stay at Casa Campanella Resort!

We stayed in the Sweet Bella Vista apartment which has a very spacious terrace with a private jacuzzi. The view from the jacuzzi on Capoliveri is absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

The park exudes warmth and coziness, with a lovely bar, a delightful swimming pool, and exceptionally well-maintained grounds, rarely have we seen such care and attention!

Host Francesco and his family/staff were all very kind and really made us feel at home. They all know what true hospitality really means.

Capoliveri is a charming village with typical streets with many shops, bars and restaurants. The whole area is amazing.

THE resort for a fantastic stay!
Pros:

A wonderfully located, well equipped green oasis amidst the busy surrounding of Capoliveri. Hospitality is one of the many assets of this place. Should we ever come back, we will gladly spend our days at Casa Campanella!

Cons:

The steep and winding short access road could do with some mirrors to make the approach during daytime less stressful ;-)

Rundum herrlich
Pros:

Unser Hund war willkommen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber, es ist sehr ruhig und angenehmen. Unser Apartment mit Whirlpool hatte einen großen Außenbereich. Wir wurden durch Francesco bereits um 12 Uhr empfangen und immer wieder herzlich begrüßt. Eine Einladung zum Aperitif und eine gute Flasche Wein als Geschenk, machten einem klar, dass man sehr willkommen war. Es ist auch von der Lage her toll. Man ist in 30 Minuten fast überall auf der Insel. Einfach ein herrliches Urlaubsgefühl.

Cons:

Etwas spannend ist die kleine Straße zum Resort. Sehr steil und bei Gegenverkehr muss man rangieren. Klappt aber immer.

Tornerò; penso che ogni altro commento sia superfluo.
Pros:

Resort particolarmente tranquillo, immerso nel verde, in grado di infondere serenità e pace. Piscina circondata da fichi d'India di dimensioni adeguate, non la solita vasca da bagno! ;-)
Sono stato accolto con grande entusiasmo ed ho ricevuto il supporto necessario per l'organizzazione delle mie gite in bicicletta. Competenza e professionalità!

Wunderschöne ruhige gepflegte Anlage sehr freundliches Personal. Der Garten ist ein Traum. Liebevolles nach Wunsch zubereitetes Frühstück. Pool sehr sauber mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen kleines Kinderbecken. Sehr großes Gelände mit viel Ruhe . Parkplatz überdacht. Gelände nur durch Tor mit Zahlencode zugänglich. Empfehlen jedem die Anlage waren Traumtage

Ottimo e piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

Un piccolo residence immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, poco lontanto da uno dei paesini più belli dell'isola. E' stata davvero un gran bella scoperta questo residence. L'appartemento faceva al caso nostro, ampio e confortevole, cosi come il patio esterno. Il parco e la piscina tenuti davvero bene dove ci si può rilassare dopo una giornata a spasso per l'isola o in spiggia, ed infine il piccolo bar dove poter fare un buon aperitivo o una buona colazione. Menzione d'onore a Francesco ma anche a tutto lo staff, sempre presenti e sempre disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta.
