Pros:

At first, they gave me an incredibly noisy room, and unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at all on the first night. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all, but the hotel manager was extremely attentive and genuinely tried to help. I only mentioned the issue to him, and he took it very seriously.
That said, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. I’ve traveled to around 50 countries, and this was by far one of the most inadequate breakfasts I’ve ever seen. Honestly, don’t pay extra for breakfast.
However, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — it feels like a botanical garden. And the managers are wonderful people.

Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet i nærheten av alt. Samtidig veldig rolig og stille på rommet. Behagelig seng med god madrass, dyne og puter. Aircondition på rommet gjorde at det var behagelig temperatur, til tross for 40 grader ute. Veldig hyggelig ansatte. Pluss for kaffe og slush i resepsjonen.

Highly recommend, was a lovely stay, staff were fantastic and our suite was really nice.
Pros:

Wonderfully friendly staff, beautiful suite and complimentary massages were an exceptional touch. Thoroughly enjoyed my birthday stay!

Cons:

Wasn’t spotless, a little grubby in the bathroom but was still clean.

המיקום היה נפלא. ניתן היה להגיע ממנו להרבה אתרים ומסעדות ברגל. הצוות היה אדיב ורצה לסייע בכל עניין.
ישנו בחדר שיש בו חלוקה לסלון וגלריה לשינה. החדר היה מרווח מאוד והמיטות היו נוחות.

Pros:

Auf Grund des Atriums und der vielen Pflanzen ist dieses Hotel besonders zu empfehlen. Die Gastronomie ist sehr gut und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen in diesem Ambiente. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und auch hier ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ein wunderbares Hotel an sehr gter Lage
Pros:

Sehr schöner Innenhof im Gebäude, die Zimmer geschmackvoll und grosszugig eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, eindach alles vorhanden zum Wohlfühlen.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

There is no view. The public walkway goes right past your window. To have any privacy, your curtains must be kept closed at all times so no natural light.
