Pros:

I did not receive the suite I had booked and whose photos appeared on Booking. I asked the hotel staff (who, by the way, were very nice) to speak with the hotel management about it, but I was told they were on Christmas vacation and would get back to me after the holiday. In practice, they did not get back to me despite my repeated requests.

Cons:

The room I received was different and smaller than the one I had actually booked. The hotel staff refused to change it for me, and I did not receive any compensation for this.

Sitting eating food in the stunning restaurant was a sheer delight. Appreciated the complimentary refreshments in reception area too! Simply perfect for our stay in Budapest

Das Hotel bietet großzügige und interessant gestaltete Zimmer, die insgesamt einen angenehmen ersten Eindruck machen.
Das Frühstück wird à la carte angeboten, die Auswahl ist eher überschaubar. Zusätzliche Zutaten werden separat berechnet, zum Beispiel Avocado oder Lachs gegen Aufpreis. In den letzten Tagen haben wir das Frühstück im Außenbereich eingenommen, was angenehm war.
Im Restaurantbereich ist der Service eher funktional gehalten.
Die Zimmergröße und das Design sind positiv hervorzuheben, allerdings war die Lüftungsanlage im Haus deutlich hörbar, insbesondere nachts. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte regelmäßig, jedoch nicht immer sehr gründlich. Die Minibar wurde nach dem ersten Tag nur auf Nachfrage wieder aufgefüllt.
Am frühen Morgen war auf den Fluren bereits Betrieb, da sich das Personal unterhalten hat und Türen geöffnet wurden, was für geräuschempfindliche Gäste relevant sein könnte.
Insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel für Gäste, die sich selbst ein Bild machen möchten und Wert auf großzügige Zimmer legen, dabei aber bei Service und Ruhe gewisse Abstriche in Kauf nehmen können.
