Not worth more than 25 euros
Pros:

It's a basic hotel with bare minimum amenities.
The included breakfast is not much to enjoy.
The on-site parking is not dedicated and you may have to park off-site on some nights.
None of the staff knows English either.
The only positive feature is probably the view of the sea from the front-restaurant and the balconies.
I had an okay stay, but I don't think it's worth than 25 euros a night.
