It’s nice and modern

Cons:

Jus the excess amount of keys lost my elevator access key had to climb 16 floors almost passed out pretty pissed. One of the staff white lady kinda arrogant not the most professional in my 13 year career working in luxury n sales industry

Pros:

Check in was easy, the apartment was clean. Convenient location.

Cons:

No staff on weekends can be annoying. The Wifi was out for an entire weekend. I called the after hours line and they said they would try to inform management but nothing was done so I had to wait until Monday mid-morning when they finally got around to resetting the modem (meanwhile blaming Rogers). Provided cookery needs improvement - non stick would be nice. There was a disgusting smell emanating from the bathroom at times.
