Excréments décevant pour le prix.
Pros:

Le seul point positif l'emplacement.

Cons:

Le déjeuner du premier matin n'a pas eu lieu car a 9h le matin restaurant pas ouvert.

Stationnement payant 25$par jour mais jamais inscrit dans la votre publicité que c'est au frais du client.

Le lit de la chambre le matelas est bon pour la poubelle.

Propreté laisse a désiré.

Mais je ne recommanderais pas cette établissement le prix trop dispendieux pour ce que vous offrez.

It was ok. I am complaining because my expectation were higher.
Pros:

Clean. the bed was ok. Good starting point for activities around Ottawa. Amazing Vietnamese restaurant a block from there.

Cons:

- The room was super warm, even we are not in summer yet. Being next to the laundry might not have helped. The air conditioner is so loud that we can't hear ourselves if on.
- Missing some cooking stuff and the oven was not working on one side. Chairs are the worst, we took patio chairs inside that was "ok".
- The sleeping room curtains were not going all the way down, so we had to block light with our bags (spots on the other side of the street toward room). Then, it also block the air that can cool down the room.
- Check-in was a bit clunky, we were not told how to get to our room or how the key works in the elevator.
- Parking is an expansive extra in my opinion. (25$/nights), at least they did not charge the 50$ because we forgot the plastic tag in the car. So the front desk staff I spoke with was kind enough to say not to worry and I would not be charge.
- It looks really good on the pictures, so expectation were maybe higher than what we get.

Prix du stationnement. Indiqué sur le site 22$, à la réception, on m'a dit 25$ mais finalement, 28,33$ avec taxes.

Pros:

Very secure, clean & staff were helpful. Room was nicely set up. Liked dog relief area.
