Missing opportunities to make my stay more comfortable
Pros:

I liked the price and the room was clean enough. Definitely could use more dusting since I have allergies and I was sneezing. I was happy that the cleaning team was polite and respectful.

Cons:

I didn't like how the gentleman didnt explain anything to us about the hot tub, amenities or restaurants in the area. We also had no extra blankets in our room and it was quiet cold.

Kitchen was not equipped enough. Maybe a cutting board and more dishes. Provide dish cloths and towels.

We enjoyed the location as it was close to many amenities. It was also very secure so we didn’t have to worry about our vehicle. There was also a dog area for our pups.

Cons:

All the electrical outlets in the bedroom didn’t work and the stove sensor was on that said “hot surface” but none of the elements were on. As well, even though the sliding glass door was closed and locked, due to the high winds, cold air managed to come in between the two doors and significantly cool down our room. The furnace also had alerts that said it was having difficulty firing up to heat the room. Luckily we brought extra blankets so we were okay.

Very comfortable, everything is brand new and it is very close to Little Italy, a nice place for all kinds of restaurant

Bien situé mais un peu décevant.
Pros:

À 5 minutes du Musée de la nature et pas très loin du parlement. Le personnel était gentil. Bel espace au dernier étage avec table de billard.

Cons:

C'était un appartement "complet avec vue". Malheureusement, nous étions au 2e étage avec vue sur le stationnement. Nous n'avions pas d'essuis-tout, de savon pour le lave-vaisselle et rien pour laver la vaisselle (éponge/brosse) à la main. La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas et plusieurs prises étaient défectueuses dans la cuisine. Nous n'avions pas de lampe ni cadran dans la chambre. Nous avons dû aller à la réception pour demander une télécommande pour la télévision. Rien de catastrophique mais cumulé cela rend le tout un peu décevant.

Super!! Et calme à l’intérieur!
Pros:

Confort des lits, jacuzzi, gym, restaurant, roof top et divertissements abondants, emplacement!

Cons:

Construction devant et bruit au matin, sofa qui aurait besoin d’un nettoyage, pas de table à manger, malgré une cuisinette, pas de verre à vin ni sel, poivre, huile (la base habituelle).

Great spot lots of room.

Cons:

Didn't understand the parking at first, but I was able to find street parking. It was close to the elevator and some people in the halls were loud, not much can be done about this.
