Tara with the shuttle service is amazing! She is super friendly and helped me with my heavy bags and was lovely to chat with on the short drive. She also went above and beyond and brought me to a neighboring hotel I was staying at because their shuttle was down. 10/10!

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, modern, and comfortable. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax, whether you're staying for business or leisure. What truly made my experience stand out, however, was the outstanding service provided by Candice and Melinda. They were both incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their friendly approach, willingness to help, and attention to detail made me feel valued as a guest throughout my stay. It’s rare to come across staff who go above and beyond so effortlessly, and they are a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for such a pleasant experience—I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be returning in the future.

Cleanliness, convenience, friendly and professional staff, shuttle service to airport all with a relaxing modern aesthetic. Only thing I wish they provided a QR code to tip housekeeping room 203. They have a flat rate parking if you’re traveling. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Stayed here for an overnight before an early morning flight, and it was exactly what we needed. The hotel is super convenient to RDU airport—just a quick ride away. There’s a Capital City Chop House within a short distance from the hotel if you would like a bite to eat. Our handicap-accessible room was clean, spacious, and had excellent bathroom lighting. The bed was really comfortable, so we got a solid night’s sleep.
We specifically chose TRU because of the free parking and complimentary airport shuttle. The driver was punctual (we left at 4am, which was crucial for us), and everything went smoothly. Tip: Schedule your shuttle ride in advance—space is limited, and priority goes to those who book first. Also, grab a business card with the contact number before you leave, and confirm pickup at Zone 7 when you return from your trip. Shuttle hours of operation are limited so confirm before booking.
Special shoutout to staff members Deborah and Betty—they were friendly, helpful, and made check-in/check-out a breeze.
Overall, great value for a clean, comfy stay with reliable airport transport. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
