We liked the cleanliness, how the facility was set up. It was very nice.
We were only allowed an hour more for a late check out, all though our flight wasn't for another 6 hours. We didn’t like that we had to be an honors member for a late check out.
Ms. Deb and her friendly coworker who's name was unique and pretty. Began with a "T" I believe. They were sweet!
Location was great! Loved the airplanes flying by constantly because it was nostalgic for me. I grew up in a big city near the airport.
The hygiene line they used was great!
I booked this hotel in hopes of using the "shuttle" services. This is not a real shuttle bus, but a minivan. I was hoping to use this service to avoid paying airport parking fees but that didn't happen. Also, you have to reserve your shuttle too and hope that you're able to get on it.
The room was tiny. I love Tru hotels and have always stayed in them in SC and FL. But never have I ever been in a tiny room. Floors were dirty and sticky.
Biggest let down was the bed. I love hotel beds, but this was uncomfortable all around. The mattress was awful and felt as if I was sleeping on springs. The pillows would flatten completely. The covers were made of some weird material perhaps synthetic or something because it was hot under the covers.
Not sure if my AC was working because I kept it on 68 and I kept sweating under the covers. Maybe the sheets themselves. So I didn't get any sleep at all.
Nice shower, comfortable matress
Breakfast was sparse 30 minutes before closing. Pillows super flat. Noisy with planes flying overhead all night.

It was very close to the airport. The check in process was done quickly. It was a perfect place to stay for 1 night.
The first shuttle ( holds 6) at 4:00 am was full when I checked into the hotel.We had to use Lyft and it cost $30. for a 5 min ride.

All aspects of the hotel were exceptional. The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The front desk woman was very pleasant, made the check in process seamless, and provided recommendations of local activities when we asked.
