A wonderful stay!
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful. The staff member that checked us in was very kind and made us feel very welcome and special. In knowing that we had children with us, he moved our room to face the airport so that the children could watch planes land and take off. Our room was very spacious and the included breakfast was wonderful! We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The Fairfield Inn and Suites was a wonderful hotel - the only thing that we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the pool/hot-tub. The hot-tub was extremely foamy and in one corner there was brown sludgy stuff in the foam - I wouldn’t have gotten in there under any circumstances.

Pros:

Je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit mais cet hôtel vaut vraiment le détour quand on est dans le coin. De très grandes chambres avec une très belle salle de bain.
Nous avions vue sur les pistes de l’aéroport par une immense fenêtre.
Parking gratuit et petit déjeuner très copieux.
Le personnel est très agréable peu importe l’heure.

La chambre était plus grande qu'anticipée, belle douche, lit très confortable. Très bon petit déj.

Il y avait beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. La salle à manger était spacieuse et belle lumière.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again when travelling to or thru Ottawa.
Pros:

We were just there over night, arriving after 10pm. The staff was friendly and provided speedy service. My family also got a swim in because the pool was open until 11. That was a nice treat.

Cons:

There is nothing that I would say I didn't like we arrived late at night, had a great sleep and delicious breakfast before moving on. It was all great.
