Incredible staff, comfortable beds with the best breakfast!
Pros:

Amazing staff. Felt safe and secure. The pool area had lots of room for the kids. The studio we stayed in was greatly spacious for our big family of six. The greatest variety for a breakfast! Truly felt like a luxurious stay for an incredibly affordable price. I would highly recommend this exact location for your nightly stay in Ottawa.

An excellent airport hotel with outstanding staff and a comfortable, relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, especially Chris on Reception, who provided one of the warmest welcomes I’ve received at any hotel. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed and a powerful shower. The hotel also has a great location just minutes from the airport.

Cons:

The only downside was that there isn’t an evening restaurant or dinner service. However, the room is well equipped, and there are nearby shops where you can buy ready meals, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience.

Highly recommend. Stayed here several times.
Pros:

Size of rooms, modern, great breakfast. Quick response from front desk when we requested an extension cord.

Cons:

I would appreciate more luggage carts. There only seemed to be one?

No electrical outlets at bedside for plugging in CPAPs.
