Staff was great, but the noise from a neighboring dog ruined the experience

Nice rooms and good breakfast.

Cons:

The property is pet-friendly, which usually isn’t a problem, but we were placed next to a room with a dog that barked continuously from 10 PM to midnight. We eventually called the front desk. While the staff was friendly and offered to move us, we didn’t want to switch rooms so late at night. Since the barking showed no signs of stopping and the dog’s owners were not present, we ended up packing our things and moving to a different room. It was very inconvenient, and unfortunately, there wasn’t much the staff could do. I’d recommend placing guests without pets on separate floors to avoid situations like this.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Good location as well. My two minor issues are: Employee at check-in said he would request a rollaway bed for me and it never came. I dialed (0) from room twice and nobody answered. Also, on one of the nights I had issues scanning key to get into the hotel after hours and the valet parking employee was rude when I was asking him a question.Anyhow, besides this, everyone else was nice and we enjoyed the stay

Pros:

A great find! Not much on fhe area as it is financial district. But the space is pretty spectacular. Tavola , the restaurant was good at breakfast but pretty mediocre in the dinner. So many other options in the North Loop or Mill District.
