Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La nostra camera con balcone era spaziosa e arredata in modo confortevole, anche il bagno era grande e con tanto spazio dove appoggiare i propri necessaire (cosa non scontata!).
Belle anche le aree comuni dell'hotel: la sala ristorante, la zona relax, la piscina, la palestra ecc.
Impeccabile la pulizia quotidiana delle camere.
Il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.
Ho avuto il piacere di provare anche un massaggio e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del servizio.
Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, in generale abbiamo mangiato bene e personalmente da vegetariana ho sempre trovato un'opzione di primo e secondo per me (ma anche flessibilità a piccole modifiche).
Consigliamo questo hotel anche per la posizione, in una via centralissima di Vigo dove poter passeggiare ma al contempo comodo per spostamenti in auto in zona.
Consigliato se avete un amico a 4 zampe, qui sono i benvenuti! :)
In generale abbiamo mangiato bene ma suggeriamo di migliorare un po' il buffet e la colazione, secondo noi non troppo varia e un po' monotona.

Hotel classificato ****S, ma purtroppo non all’altezza delle nostre aspettative.
La struttura è ben tenuta, ma avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento: probabilmente la classificazione rispecchiava meglio gli standard degli anni '80.
Il centro benessere non era completamente funzionante e, nel bagno, il mobile accanto alla vasca risultava rigonfio a causa delle inevitabili infiltrazioni d’acqua dalla doccia, posizionata troppo vicina.

Very well located to explore the Dolomites. Everything functions well. The staff was very friendly. It was great to have some free hikes organized. The guide Giampaolo was exceptional, always available for suggestions. The food was generally very various and very good. All the restaurant staff was impeccable.
It would be nice to have a water boiler or coffee maker in the room.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is big, clean, and cozy. Dinner is not of top class but still very tasty. The pool is also nice. Lots of local Italian guests.
Breakfast is a bit monotonous. The appliances in the room are a bit old. It feels a bit too hot without AC in the room.
