Albergo Terme Forlenza

Check in was ok, there was a language barrier. We were told the pool was open till 6:30 and it wasn’t. As we got in we were kicked out. There is a charge for the indoor pool, which we were told was 10 but see signs saying 5. The hotel is having building works. People were working as we went to our room. The whole place smells of sewage. We tried to get a drink at the bar but they didn’t have basic things like lemonade. I went to walk the dog and we were attacked by stray dogs that roam both the property and outside and the car park. They are there day and night barking and chasing. Dogs also going around the car park urinating on all the cars. Went back to the room and found it was mouldy, furniture was rubbish, tv not viewable, curtains broken, fire alarm was covered and AC didn’t really work. Tried to talk to reception was told it had to wait until morning as he didn’t speak English, he was more of a night watch man. There are no security doors and the fire doors are propped open and the fire alarm looked like it was still being installed. The room balcony had no furniture to sit on. I got up in the morning to walk the dog and was attacked again by stray dogs. We decided to check out as the hotel didn’t seem to understand the issues. I thought I agreed with reception I would pay for the night we stayed and be refunded the rest and the manager would contact me. This did not happen, her English was ok on check in but nothing when there was an issue. Still no contact or refund

Questo hotel gode di ottimo personale pulizia top stanze nuove ma sopratutto pulite l unica cosa che mi sentirei di consigliare è di mettere un frigo in camera.
Non ho ne pranzato ne cenato quindi non posso dire come è il cibo ma la colazione ere nella media
Tutto buono e abbastanza varia
Poche cose ma buone.
Comunque io come struttura la consiglio e ci ritornerei piacevolmente

Horrible experience! At the front desk, the staff member arrogant and very unprofessional (blond girl). Not welcoming at all and the worst she tryed to avoid any relations with customers. Luggages storage and left unattended without any record. The hotel seams a retirement home for elderly. While waiting for the very late check in at 15. 00 o'clock while the check out is at 10.30 many people were unsatisfied

struttura vecchia, e per arrivarci è stato un po' complicato per me. Nel complesso Albergo nella media, ma almeno il prezzo è buono visti gli altri Hotels in zona.

This is a terrible hotel. A false location description given by Love Holidays, they have recently changed their location description or this hotel. Full of friendly elderly local Italian guests who unfortunately have NO English. The staff have practically NO English, they would totally ignore us and deal with other guests when we were trying to ask information on things to do etc , very rude. the smell of raw sewage outside at the pool was vomit inducing. There were no tourists, It was situated in the back of nowhere, no transport, nothing to do. The food was disgusting. The menu was in italian - no English translation. The hotel+ the room were clean , that's the only positive thing I can say.
We paid for 7nights and left after 2 nights. No refund, apologies or anything. Avoid at all costs !!

Staying a week for work and the reason I chose this hotel was because of Gym and Aircon in the room.
Needless to say, neither was present.
I was told that the Aircon was “Manual” and that they would send a technician. Of course they never did during the entire week.

Next week I will stay at a different hotel.

Ottima struttura e personale cordiale…peccato il tempo avverso che ci ha impedito di usufruire delle bellissime piscine esterne

Albergo pulito con servizi essenziali. Per chi ama l anatura e il silenzio è ottimale. Buona per un fine settimana

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo della struttura è apparso adeguato alle aspettative. Pur apprezzando la gentilezza e la disponibilità offerta dal personale in servizio, è apparsa migliorabile la suddivisione di alcune attività di accettazione/prenotazione/registrazione, tutte accentrate presso la reception dell'hotel dove, in un alcune fasce orarie, attesa la presenza costante di un solo operatore, i tempi di attesa sono apparsi oltremodo elevati.
Tali criticità emergono in modo prepotente soprattutto nelle fasi di check in & check out, momenti in cui i tempi di attesa devono necessariamente essere più contenuti.

Mi è piaciuto un pò tutto, niente male... un pò di manutenzione in più la renderebbe OTTIMA

Un Hotel a 4 stelle, senza frigo in camera, lavandino rotto che perde acqua, cibo che ve lo dico a fare? Sembrava di mangiare in un ospedale..
Il primo giorno stanza senza asciugamani. Se lo devo consigliare? NO per niente.

A noi è piaciuta molto la struttura, il personale della reception, delle pulizie e del servizio ristorazione (colazione, praznzo, cena). Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto la gentilezza e la disponibilità di tutto il personale. Consigliamo a tutti coloro che desiderano trovare ogni tipo di confort, di serenità e tranquilittà questa struttura che, tra le altre cose, coniuga positivamente qualità e prezzo. S.D. e N. G.
