Nothing we left the next day and should get a refund the place was terrible

Everything , it was freezing cold heating didnt work , mould in the shower , we left the next day and booked somewhere else

No staff around, room 19 on top floor was disgusting, the smell was bad, the bathroom was really bad with mould on floor because it hasn't been cleaned plus shower tray, the toilet was dirty, dust on furniture, tv stand was a table out side with two rip chairs.

This establishment was reminiscent of hostels that I stayed in during the 1980’s

Shower was only a dribble and was scalding hot
No mirror in bathroom so we had to buy one

Last minute booking ,it wouldn't have been our choice if we had time to look round.
Cons:

Breakfast was advertised as in price but there was none.Staff non existent,but there was one elderly gentleman ,Mike who was very helpful. He dealt with the booking,and contacted the owner who lives in London,to allocate us clean room. Eventually we got a room ,clean towels and bedding but the whole place. needs a desperate makeover
