Excellent

For animal friendly it is a very clean hotel. Our room had a dog odor that was gone after we ran the air. Staff was very friendly and super quick to refill breakfast.

Did not give us the correct rooms. Room was dirty and pull out was covered in hair and dirt.

Business staff was very nice checking in and out. Room was clean and air conditioned worked great.

I was pleased although the breakfast was not much to desire. Late arrival and I was looking for water. Water was warm and had bad lemons in it.
Manager was nice and he helped with an email. I appreciated that so much.

Waited 10 minutes to check in, and then waited an additional 10 minutes during the check in process. Staff was inexperienced. Reserved and paid for two queen beds, and was told when I got there they did not have any available (spoke to the manager the next day and she was unsure why she said that because there were plenty available). Additionally, ended up getting double charged since I paid via Expedia and then getting charged again during check in. Lady ended charging me for another room. She realized she made a mistake; however, never told me what happened so all I saw was a charge on my account. Only found out when I went and talked to the manager. Manager was nice but will not book again.

Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was quite good, loved the biscuits and gravy. Pool was not in good shape and not heated. Gym was Ok.

They were doing remodeling in the elevator area so walking on drop clothes is not ideal. The ice machine did not work on 3rd floor where we were. They obviously had some kind of water damage or something but the outside of the building was rotted away the rooms that were affected windows open and the drapes hanging out. Very bad look. Coffee pot in room the plastic holder that holds the coffee did not fit and I had to hold it the whole time only 1 coffee cup in the room so I had to go get more. The hot breakfast was cold and eggs dried out needless to say we didn’t have breakfast there anymore. The staff was very polite when we checked in.

I choose for the second time this hotel. Close to highway but the property need a little bit maintenance. It got worse in 2 years…

This is our second time staying at the property. It is always very clean and the staff was very friendly. It's a great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was the noise. There was a large group at the hotel at the same time as us. The kids were running and being loud well into the evening.

Wasn't given type of room paid for. Room was dirty and badly stained carpets. Manager was rude. Had bed pads and cheap bedding. Roof is falling apart.

Always great accommodations when traveling for work!

In the room, the vent fan in the bathroom sounded like a blade was bent, and even with it off, periodically it would make a clicking sound. There were two long black hairs in the bed, the air conditioning unit did not work properly… When I set it on 69° it was freezing and went I turned it up to 70°, it was burning up in there. The bathroom door did not open all of the way. The hook on the back of the bathroom door fell off. There was hair in the sink and on the commode seat. The chairs in the dining room were literally coming apart, and the eggs for breakfast were sitting in a soup, which was really gross. Cash and Heidi were very polite but the woman that checked me in and the woman that checked me out were very rude. My daughter-in-law‘s smoke detector started going off/chirping, and when a maintenance man came to fix it, he brought the wrong batteries and never came back with the correct one. Her room was damp and very dirty, especially the bathtub. The pool was disgusting! It definitely needs chlorine added, and to be shocked, it was so cloudy you couldn’t even see the bottom. There were no towels, and we had to ask the front desk for some. I was extremely disappointed and will be visiting KC very often, but will not return to comfort Inn and suites at this location.
