Pros:

The staff was great, very helpful, always with a smile.

Cons:

The continental breakfast was the same thing every morning during our stay. Got boring after day 2. We've stayed many times at hotels that offer breakfast and it gets switched up daily. Not many options either.
The microwave in our room didn't work properly, but we didn't need to use it much. The AC in the room didn't seem to cool very well, even when on the lowest setting.

Breakfast was merely ok. The worst was the bathroom shower drain gurgled up sewage from the room above during their shower!!!
