Cons:

The wash machines workers stay there. They wash their really dirty work clothes there. It leave a residue in the machines. It make your clothes stink and you have to wash them 2 times and use fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Pros:

Staff were unprofessional complaining about me using booking.com and what an inconvenience that is for them. Messed up my reservation. Location is nothing special, noisy.

Better communication with guests at check-in about the lack of housekeeping staff.

Didn't have the breakfast

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned for 3 days. When I asked at the front desk I was informed they were short on staff and only cleaning rooms after check-out. However I say 3-4 maids on our floor alone each morning. I told them I just wanted some clean towels and to have the trash emptied which they did on our last day.
There should have been a sign up at the front desk advising about this policy. That would have avoided confusion.

Cons:

Het raam van de hotelkamer was zeer vuil maar kom ik kan aannemen in dat klimaat dat men elke dag de ramen moet kuisen dan.

Fun, cute, clean, quiet room. We had a nice stay
Pros:

Clean and conveniently located right off the highway by the temple. Our room was bigger and had more amenities than we needed for our one night stay. There’s a kitchen with a sizable fridge and hot plates for cooking are available at the front desk. We thought that was fun for if you’re staying longer, you’d be able to have some home cooked meals. Katie was incredibly helpful with checking in and it was fun to chat with her!

Cons:

Our bed was a little soft but that’s a me issue.
