Good value for money for a quick overnight when transition traveling in/out of SeaTac Airport.
Pros:

Great value for money! Pleasant and helpful staff! Large rooms.

Cons:

Room was a bit dated with torn couch and a smell that could be fresher. Breakfast not at par with other Residence properties.

Wish it had a pool! Instead, we took naps!

The rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The location wasn’t convenient. DoorDash took too long since restaurants were very close. The website was not working properly when the reservation was being made. Not once was there a confirmation that it was done. When checking it 2 days BEFORE- the site would NOT let me cancel— so when we arrived, we were required to pay for a second reservation!!! Which was not necessary. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Pros:

Very clean, helpful staff. We stayed there overnight before our flight to return home. Took the rail to the airport, and the shuttle to the airport. Then the shuttle back in the morning. Very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK the omelet was a little rubbery.

Great staff and having the kitchen facilities in the unit was great.
Pros:

Staff at this hotel was great, went above and beyond for their guests. It was nice to have a breakfast in the morning that was not just bread and pastries. Room had everything that you would need, except no safe.

There isn't much to like.

Cons:

Shuttle service not available during the weekday when it said available during booking. Ended up paying for the taxi service. staff confirmed two similar rooms for the 2nd reservation well in 1 week advance and didn't provide as per communication. No proper communication. shuttle dropped us off (weekend) far from the airline gate and we had to drag our bags. kitchen staff was short. toaster was broken.

Excellent place to stay before flying out of SeaTac
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and we love the staff. Also, the room is so big and completely equipped for cooking if you want to do that.

Layover on a cold Seattle night
Pros:

The shuttle from and to the airport was important and perfect.
The price was unbelievably amazing.
The room was like a one bedroom condo, I loved it.
The breakfast was really good with many choices and started at 6 a.m.
The check in in the evening and morning were pleasant, positive and efficient. I was really happy.

Cons:

Nothing it was so nice.

Calm in the midst of our moving chaos
Pros:

The room was spacious and lovely. We booked an accessable room and it met our expectations. The Kitchen was fully furnished and had lots of cupboard space for our extras. The staff was extra helpful. We were moving and had to stay at the inn for over a week. It was an oasis of calm in the midst of the chaos of moving. Grocery store and restaurants were close.

Cons:

The "hot food" for the morning breakfast wasn't hot. There were enough selections (including waffles, my favorite) that I would still get the breakfast. The morning staff was diligent to keep the items stocked.
