Pros:

The bed was stained and the room was super dirty! This hotel Europa since booked through Hotels.com will not give us a refund AT ALL!!!!

Shame on Hotels.com not providing us with a full refund of this disgusting motel!

DO NOT STAY HERE BEWARE OF USING HOTELS>COM WE HAVE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH HOTELS.COM WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE HIGH LEVEL CUSTOMER FOR THEM......NOPE NOT HOW WE ARE BEING TREATED!

It was a comfortable stay suprisingly. Check in was quick and easy. I mean for a dhs spot id definitely stay again. And they refund your deposit literally instant. At least for me....

Fair but would need to make some changes for me to feel safe and return.

The sinks facet is loose, the ac unit is too loud ( squeaky noise).

Waiting on my deposit

Very nice but I haven’t got my deposit yet. Everytime I call no one has an answer I been calling all I get is call back sorry I will not go back depisits are usually given back within one week

The linens on the bed were stained, there was hair on the pillowcases and cigarette burns on the sheets. Asked the staff for new, clean linens, and those ones had blood stains on them.

Pros:

The room was relatively clean. Bed linen was very clean. The major problem I had with the room, which I only came to realize afterwards, if that there is some kind of infestation in the room. The entire evening I didn't see one insect, but the next day it turned out I had bug bites all over my body. My guess is that it's coming from underneath the bed because the rest of the room looks pretty clean.
