A perfect base for a first trip to Tokyo
Pros:

Location is ideal - Ebisu is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku.
Our room was perfect - great amenities, clean, comfortable and a wonderful view which was an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I didn’t have any breakfast so can’t comment but I loved the little touches such as the sheet masks, bath salts & teas in the reception area available to guests. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.

Cons:

Lifts can be a little slow. Could do with perhaps slightly larger towels in the room. But really nothing particularly heavy!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Rooms squishy but standard for tokyo
Pros:

Absolutely phenomenal location for exploring Tokyo, ebisu itself is a charming area, maybe not alot going on but it's perfect as a base, particularly for people that don't want to be overwhelmed.
Super short distance to the train station ⛽

Rooms small, shower and facilities fantastic. Shower and bathroom probably takes up a bit too much space but nonetheless it's fantastic for a stay you will be using as a base.

Breakfast was mid but that's fine, the amount of free amenities make up for it.

Awful and dirty
Pros:

I really dislike this hotel. 1) My room is on the 3rd floor, and there is a strong smell of barbecue smoke inside because there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs. I checked some reviews and found that the hotel has been claiming since 2014 that they are renovating the ventilation system, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. 2) The room is very unclean, especially the bathroom. The toilet and sink have visible black stains that have accumulated over the years. 3) I booked this room almost two weeks in advance through Booking.com for nearly $200 per night. This room is not worth the price.

朝食付きにしては安価。狭いけれどオシャレにデザイン。
Pros:

コンパクトな部屋乍ら便利にオシャレにデザインされていると感心しました。

Cons:

二人で動くと狭いです。駅から荷物を引きずり雨の中傘をさして移動したので遠く感じた。身軽なら平気なんだと思うけど
