Sympathique séjour dans un hôtel à taille humaine, idéalement situé dans un super quartier.
Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé dans un quartier très agréable, animé tout en étant calme, plein de cafés, de bons petits restaurants, de petites boutiques. Les lits étaient très confortables.

Cons:

L’accueil à notre arrivée n’était pas chaleureux et on nous a proposé de payer un supplément pour pouvoir prendre possession de nos chambres 30 minutes avant l’heure prévue de check-in alors qu’elles étaient déjà prêtes. Cela nous a donné une première impression mitigée mais au final, nous avons été satisfaits de choisir cet hôtel et certains membres du personnel que nous avons vus par la suite étaient plus agréables.

Great location!
Pros:

The area is great! Close to transport, good food, good coffee, and amenities. The area is quiet and a little fancy.

Cons:

The bathroom hand sink is in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. The beds are quite firm. Sink mirror is not adjustable.

Ottima sistemazione ad Ebisu
Pros:

Posizione eccellente all’interno del quartiere migliore di Tokyo per vivere la città al meglio.
Design delle stanze curato e contemporaneo, che allieta la vista al rientro dopo una giornata di cammino.
Amenities molto ricche e generose, così come bevande e leggeri snack a disposizione 24h.
Colazione aperta dalle 7.00 am, ottimo orario

Cons:

Polvere massiccia (dovuta dall’utilizzo di moquette nelle camere) non piacevole.
Personale un po’ freddo (anche se puntuale e presente)

Gutes Hotel, faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

- Modernes Hotel, gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
- Gute Lage. Ebisu ist deutlich ruhiger als das benachbarte Shibuya.

Cons:

- Frühstücksbüffet unterdurchschnittlich- sowohl hinsichtlich des Angebotes als auch der Qualität der Speisen. Des Weiteren wird nur Einweggeschirr verwendet.

A perfect base for a first trip to Tokyo
Pros:

Location is ideal - Ebisu is a perfect base for anyone looking to explore Shinjuku, Shibuya and Harajuku.
Our room was perfect - great amenities, clean, comfortable and a wonderful view which was an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I didn’t have any breakfast so can’t comment but I loved the little touches such as the sheet masks, bath salts & teas in the reception area available to guests. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d recommend this place to friends and family.

Cons:

Lifts can be a little slow. Could do with perhaps slightly larger towels in the room. But really nothing particularly heavy!
