Peaceful and relaxing vibe. Very clean and tidy. Stayed on the family room which was huge and had a pool view! Massive beds, kitchenette, unlimited bottled water. Beautiful tea and fruits served in the morning.
Easy access to cafes, restaurants and beach. Short ride to Hoi An Old Town.
Host is super friendly and always helps out needed. I was able to leave my luggage for a week whilst I went cycling in and around Hoi An with a friend.

This place was really great! Tan, the owner is such a nice guy and was very helpful with all our needs. Room was really large and clean, not mouldy at all. Really nice location too to explore the area and cheap too!

We had a great stay and found this hotel to be very good value for money. The hotel is basic, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and feels very welcoming.

The location is brilliant, just a three minute walk to the beach, which made it an ideal base. The pool was spotless throughout our stay and a really nice bonus.

What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. Tram gave us such a warm welcome and genuinely looked after us during our time there. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and generous with recommendations, which made a big difference to our stay and helped us make the most of the area.

If you are looking for a simple, clean, well located hotel with excellent hospitality and great value for money, this is a lovely option.

Ms Tram and the staff there are great making us feel like home. This is the 3rd time we are staying there. Gets better everytime

the room with balcony, indoor and outdoor shower, pool, garden, close to the beach, shops, restaurants but a a bit aside from the main road so it’s more quiet, very nice & helpful people at the villa, free bike rental

I had the family room with kitchen and access to the pool - comfortable- excellent - it felt more like a small condo than a room. Shower runs hot, unusual in SE Asia - I had to turn it down a notch. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials. Location - zero road noise '- in fact, very quiet. Handy access to the beach but I don't care because I hate beaches.

Good restaurants and bars within two minutes walk,many more if you walk 8 minutes but I don't like staggering home too far. Book this place

De sfeervolle inrichting! Prachtig! En de vriendelijke eigenaar en haar medewerkers! De fietsen die je mag gebruiken zijn ook prettig en het was er zeer schoon!

Great location and family

Tram and her staff were so friendly and helpful. Made us feel so welcome and couldnt do enough for us. Spotlessly clean. Unfortunately we were there in bad weather but we are definitely coming back to An Bang Beach Villas.

The location was great, 50 metres from the beach and heaps of restaurants all around. The area is still fairly quiet and relaxing. The property is down a laneways about 30 metres from the main road.
The hosts were fabulous, and couldn’t do enough. Complimentary fresh fruit every morning to the laundry service, just made life enjoyable.
We had the basic room upstairs which was huge. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, and the air con worked a treat.
This place will open your eyes as to how cheap you can get great accommodation at a super price. Don’t be put off by the $$$ this property is punching well above its weight.

Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit gratis Früchten und Wasser. Es war sehr ruhig und einladend.

Die Nähe zum Strand, das extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal und die großzügigen Zimmer mit Balkon.

Very nice clean rooms. Awesome location with a very short walk to the beach and delicious restaurants nearby. Loved having the pool!
