Perfect!
Pros:

Located less than 1 minutes walk from the clean beach where you have everything you need to relax. Location is only 10 min Taxi away of hectic touristic Hoi An. Many restaurants right there.
The staff was kind friendly, cheerful and helpful.

Cons:

Make sure to get off taxi on the 'main' road and be ready to roll your luggage a couple of minutes, though our driver took us all the way on the narrow road.

Unfortunately there was construction going on across the road, not the properties fault. Hopefully it will be completed before I return.

Very enjoyable stay
Pros:

Great location, super restaurants very close 50m. 5 minutes walk to the beach, great breakfast . Very attentive staff, Lovely family. Organised an electric scooter and changed battery when required.

Cons:

Would have liked a balcony.

Pros:

Nuestra habitación muy amplia, cama muy cómoda y ducha buena. Cuenta con servicio de lavandería a muy buen precio y te entregan la ropa limpia y doblada al día siguiente. Tienen alquiler de motos y bicis en el mismo establecimiento. A unos pasos de la playa y de tiendas locales y a 15-20 min en moto del centro de Hoi An. El staff muy pendiente y amable.

We loved the ambience of our villa and the location to the back and restaurants.
Pros:

Nice location, across from 2 darling restaurants and steps away from the beach. The pool is charming and the room was big. We even had a private deck which was a nice bonus.

Cons:

No breakfast included in price of the villa but it’s not that big of a deal.

Modest but comfortable accomodation with great friendly service.
Pros:

Staff are lovely. In a great location. Clean and spacious. Affordable. The room was modern while still having a Vietnamese village feel, with a great shower.
