Está un poco descuidado, sobre todo las áreas comunes. A la entrada hay varias macetas con plantas secas que no dan una linda imagen de un hotel 4 estrellas . Las entrada y la moquete de pasillos no tienen excelente estado de limpieza

Really hard to work from the hotel as the wifi is really poor. There's no desk / table in the reception area either where the wifi is ok.

Cons:

Allgemein der Zustand des Hotels. Wir gehen schon seit Jahren in diese Hotelkette, allerdings jetzt waren wir eine längere Zeit nicht mehr in Madrid. Der Zustand des Hotels hat sehr abgenommen. Schmuddelig, stark verschmutzter Flurboden, beschädigtes Mobiliar inkl. Türen. Starke Geruchsbildung der Küche über die Lüftungsanlage und das im Hotelzimmer im 4 Stock.
