Lokalita hotelu je naprosto vynikající, přímo u sjezdovky, přístupné na lyžích, rodinný přístup personálu p ocelou dobu pobytu, skvělá sauna, večeře velmi chutná, rozhodně se vrátíme co nejdříve zpět, byli jsme nadšeni.

Pros:

If you love skiing, you can hardly find a better place in Val di Fiemme. Fantastic cuisine, great wines and ski in, ski out. You finish your day in sauna and sleep well. Everyone in the hotel is nice and heplful.

Cons:

They are always trying to make things better and thea are succesfull.

Excellent stay! Even better than I had expected.
Pros:

Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice hotel that is well maintained and very comfortable. Great location to trails and bus stops. Dinner and breakfast had a good variety of options including vegetarian. They kindly held a piece of luggage while I hiked to a hut for the night.

Cons:

Owner is not good person...
The rooms in the annex are very dangerous. Too high steep, you hit your head on the top step!?

When I pointed this out to the owner, he played the fool or me!? Because it was too dangerous for my wife, we had to find another hotel. Of course, the owner didn't want to hear about any refund...

I don't know how the owner got the Usage Permit - if he even has one?
Also food- dinner is on level 2 star hotel...

Soba je bila prostorna, pohištvo moderno in vse v lesu. Lep razgled iz sobe.
Prijazno osebje, ustrežljivi natakarji in večerja z štirihodnim menijem. ;)
Prva sedežnica je le kratek sprehod stran.

Cons:

Na tej lokaciji so v bližini samo hoteli, tako da ni kaj dosti za početi zvečer po smučanju.

L'esperienza in generale è stata molto positiva. In particolare la cena e la colazione sono state eccellenti. Il personale è estremamente cordiale e la struttura elegante e pulita. Il servizio di sauna e bagno turco con sala relax è stato molto apprezzato.

Il letto sul soppalco e la ripida scala per accedervi possono risultatare un po' scomodi

This place is top of my list for places to stay in the area, it can't be beaten.
Pros:

So welcoming and friendly. The manager was exceptional & staff very attentive and friendly. The food was great & breakfast selection perfect. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Not the most tasty food (but I'm Vegan and they tried).
Sauna is working on very limited hours
