Stylish and cool place with an excellent location. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with nice beds.

The trendy vibe not so thrilling for me. Was happy to receive a free breakfast. The walls are very thin, but if you don't mind that the hotel is perfectly adequate and in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and so much more.

We love eveything about this property. location is great. close to everything that we need and not so far to places we need to get to. trycs are availble the whole..as well, the staff are soooo accomodating and helpful. We made the right choice of staying on this hotel from our first time.

Philippine hipster vibe, super clean and wonderful staff. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with a karaoke bar behind it across the road, people yowling out of tune till 2am one night I was there. But that’s Dumaguete. Delightful, warm place.

Took time to check in because reception could not find my reservation because they did not know Hotels.com was also “Expedia”

The design was nice, location and accessibility are good. The staff is great. The food was nice. View from the room is excellent.

I got bitten by insects that lodged in the blanket but the management cleaned the room asap and the insects disappeared. The hot water in the shower was iffy.

Very good location close ferry terminal ,bars ,shops .was a bit noisy at night from the traffic but it was ok I've had worse,the room was a bit of a shock at first it looks like it not finished but that's the theme and the longer I stayed the more I came to like it . Would I stay again probably not. The breakfast was nothing special standard Filipino food

It was a quick two nights but it was a good choice. It’s next to the port, so easy to get to the islands. The hotel is cool and chic. The breakfast was tasty and there are some restaurants and stuff around. Overall a great choice for a quick stay.

The hotel is unique in that it is a renovated old building with some of the fixtures and such left. Very charming. Great location by the bay and the breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.

You get what you pay for. It was a good location , easy walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. Minimalisstic would best describe the Brick's. I would stay there again due to the location and cost..

I booked a 2-night stay with this hotel for my parents who are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. Their staffs and manager were very kind, courteous, caring, understanding, and considerable. My parents had a hassle-free going from the airport to the hotel. They gave my parents a complimentary transport service. What I appreciated most was when I asked them if they could help me give my parents a little surprise for their 25th wedding anniversary since I was not there in dumaguete and they accepted my request without any hesitation. My parents were really surprised with the room arrangement! It was indeed a successful celebration for my parents. Overall, if I could give them a 10-star rating, I would! because they are really very CONSIDERATE and COURTEOUS with their customer! plus, as said by my parents, the hotel so so neat, beautiful, the ambiance is so good and the location is great! I LOVE THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFFS SO MUCH!

Excellent everything!! This is the third time my brother stays at this hotel and he couldn’t stop talking how he loves Bricks. Always requested this hotel every time he’s in the city. He had stayed other hotels before but he loves this hotel way better!

Stylish new boutique hotel on the boulevard, with industrial chic vibe. Friendly staff. Great sleep quality with soft pillows and high quality linens. Breakfast bowls are filling, and yummy
Great Location. walkable to downtown and Silliman university. Balut vendors just across the hotel at night. Scenic view. Would highly recommend..
